Super semaine dans un appart très bien placé !

Très bon séjour avec un belle semaine ensoleillée dans un appartement spacieux , lumineux avec super vue sur la mer . Contrairement a un avis précédent , on peut manger à 4 sur le balcon . la partie mobilier est un peu vieillot c'est vrai mais très fonctionnel en revanche . Une explication écrite pour la mise en route de la télévision serait la bienvenue . Nous recommandons cet appartement d'ailleurs nous gardons l'annonce pour d'autres séjours à venir ..

Lieu vraiment agréable.l appartement manque d équipements Les ustensiles de cuisine sont inadaptés (pour la cuisson les cocottes ne correspondent au mode dechauffe d où pas de faitout pour cuire des pâtes pour 4)pas de lampes de chevets).pas de possibilité de prendre les repas dehors :1seule chaise pas de fauteuil pour se relaxer Un seul fauteuil dans le salon. Il faut que le gestionnaire fasse les vérifications nécessaires entre chaque locataire. Pour un séjour parfait il faudrait que le linge soit fourni.

Bon séjour, balcon avec vue sur mer plus qu agréable. Coucher de soleil face à nous magnifique. L appartement est très bien équipé en vaisselle et en matériel de cuisine.

Situation superbe, le confort pourrait être amélioré à moindre frais...

Bon accueil de l'agence, excellente situation face mer, déco et agencements pouvant facilement être améliorées (lampes de chevet dans les chambres, porte-manteaux...) Très bon séjour néanmoins.

Situation excellente, ville agréable

L'appartement était très bien : bien équipé, fonctionnel, idéalement situé. Le seul bémol est la place de garage au sous sol. La rampe d'accès est très raide et glissante si bien que si vous n'avez pas un 4X4 la remontée peut être compliquée. J'ai une voiture récente (Toyota Avencis) et des pneus goodyear en bon état mais la remontée a été difficile les pneus patinant. J'ai du prendre de l'élan pour arriver en haut et comme il faut négocier en bas un virage à angle droit pour se mettre dans l'axe du tobogan j'ai un peu frotté le mur. Je ne suis plus redescendu dans ce trou et découvert que l'on pouvait prendre un abonnement à 20€ permettant de se garer pendant une semaine partout dans la commune et les places ne manquent pas. Pourquoi ne pas avoir signalé cette possibilité à l'arrivée et les difficultés liées à ce garage? La personne de l'agence a reconnu à notre départ que beaucoup de locataires se plaignaient de ce fait et faisaient comme nous. Donc AVERTISSEZ LES CLIENTS ET NE LES LAISSEZ PAS DESCENDRE DANS CE PIEGE SANS MEFIANCE.

A rafraichir...

Bon emplacement mais appartement à beaucoup rafraichir. La caution a été tirée par l'agence et il a fallu que nous les relancions 3 fois, et ce 3 mois après pour être remboursée. C'est souvent le cas sur des réservations sur Fort Mahon avec les agences en place.
