Wonderful stay

Condo was perfect for our week long stay. Comfortable and clean. We especially loved the ocean views and location right on the beach. Greatly appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! Would definitely stay here again.

These property was great for my 7year old son and I! We were right on the beach and this place was perfectly located away from town but close enough to all the activities we wanted to do. The only bummer was the pool was closed our whole stay which wasnt stated so that was disappointing.

Great stay.

The condo was clean and had almost everything we needed. The view was amazing. There is still a lot of construction in the area and you have to walk a little way to get into the beach but it appears they are almost finished with the beach construction. It was sad to see the devastation in the area but this location did a great job of clean-up. Would definitely recommend this location to others.

Beautiful beachfront

Unit 207C was updated and very clean and comfortable. Fort Myers Beach is still rebuilding from Ian so many things have not been rebuilt yet. Publix grocery store is open and only a few restaurants and food trucks. Our focus was long walks on the beach and gorgeous sunsets.

Great view of the Gulf

Well enjoyed our stay. The condo is smaller than we thought but very clean with great view of the beach and gulf. More towels would have been helpful and larger beach towels. There was an sig ificant amount of work going on with heavy machinery and trucks working on building up the shoreline. Most of the noise was after dark It would have been good to know. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and will return. Pool is very nice btw.

EBT is a very nice property which is further ahead of most of south end of island from IAN and recent hurricanes. 207C is a nice condo with great view of Gulf of Mexico for sunsets. The condo has a couple issues. The bedroom ceiling fan wobbles at any speed. Accident waiting to happen. The stove has no heating marks for nobs, so its a guessing game. Lastly, I had no hot water during my stay. Owner responded but the discount off stay was unreasonable.

Clean, great location. Perfect for a getaway. Only complaint we had was the beach chairs, all were low to the ground. With a bad bad it was hard to get up and down. Would have liked to have had some chairs just a bit taller for us elderly folk. I would stay here again and will recommend it.

We absolutely loved our week at Esterro Beach and Tennis Club. Our unit was just as we had expected.. maybe even better! It was well equipped with cookies, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The one thing that needed attention was the outlets next to the bed need to be updated. We could charge our phones there but it wasn’t a tight fit for our chargers. Overall, it exceeded our expectations!!

We enjoyed our week, condo was clean, kitchen was well equipped, plenty of beach equipment, warm pool and plenty of shells and sand dollars to be found. With this condo on the south end of beach we found it far easier to head to Bonita Springs for dinner rather than fight the traffic heading north, the were time it was longer than an hour on google maps to get from the condo to the restaurants on the north end. There are also restaurants and shopping across the street from the condo.

Nice, clean place to stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in Ft. Myers Beach at this lovely condominium. I'm giving it 5-stars because it was well represented and it was very clean. My only (very minor) complaints are that it'd be nice to have a couple rugs/matts here and there to offset the hard, cool floor. Maybe one at the entrance, another at the kitchen sink, and definitely one in front of the vanity in the bathroom. Oh, and it would have been nice to know the lobby door code changed at the first of the month. We couldn't get in, but were let in by another resident who informed us of the code change. No biggie, but could have been a problem if we were coming in late at night. Still, this is a VERY nice place to stay. Highly recommend.
