Also in the kitchen behind louvered doors is a stacked washer/dryer set. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining and living area where there is a dining table seating four. This flows nicely into the living area which has a sleeper-sofa and coffee table. Across from the sofa is a credenza with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to a furnished balcony overlooking Times Square and the Gulf of Mexico.

The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a corner chair, closet and a chest of drawers with a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors give access to the private furnished balcony and also has a view of the Times Square area and the second floor pool and spa area. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp, a corner chair, closet and a chest of drawers with flat screen TV. The hallway bathroom has beautifully tiled, has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a river rock bottom and sliding glass doors. Adjacent to the bathroom behind louvered doors is your own stacked washer and dryer.
