Gated Community located in the beautiful Gulf Harbour Neigborhood nestled between Fort Myers Beach and the Sanibel Bridge.
This 2 bedroom condominium offers a tranquil retreat. With a beautiful golf course view which can be enjoyed while sitting on the spacious lanai.
Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.
Sleeper sofa in the den allows for a private guest area.
Full size washer and dryer and Wi-Fi.

Great place to stay

Kim was great to work with, she always got back to us right away if we had questions. The home was in a quiet gated community. In a great location close to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach.

WONDERFUL, SAFE AND CONVENIENT LOCATION

After a few days of our vacation we felt right at home. We enjoyed the neighborhood and those around us. We felt safe and secure in this gated community. The Hosts, Phil and Kim, were ideal to work with. We had a question or two and they were very responsive. We would love to stay at this beautiful location in the future. Thanks!!

This place was exactly what I needed!

I had the pleasure of staying at this unit the first week of November of 2022. Great rate, great location, great hosts. The home was perfect for me. Clean and inviting. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed for meal preparation. The bed was comfortable…I was able to sleep through the night, which is very unusual for me. I was in town on family business, so the study was exactly what I needed to get work done. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Kim and Phil’s hospitality. They were a text away from an immediate response. Always available if I had a question. I couldn’t ask for more. Honestly, this would be the first place I would look to rent if I’m ever in Fort Myers in the future.
