The shore @ Ocean palms

Overall the unit was clean with updated bathrooms and well supplied kitchen & appliances. We greatly appreciated the quiet area & other renters in the complex. The screened porch is great. Would definitely consider renting again next year. Just a couple comments: the well worn sofa sectional & pillows could use updating along with the panel curtains to better fit the living room window. The second bedroom closet needs a little help with the rusty metal bottom frame .

Lanai overlooking the canal.

This place was very clean and perfect for a beach vacation for the four of us. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and a nice deck overlooking the canal. The area was peaceful, quiet and you could walk to the beach. We enjoyed it.

Nice for the money

We stayed here for a few days in July, and we were happy with it. it was really nice inside with a lot of updates. It's in Ft. Myers Beach and wasn't far from the actual beach. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Experience

My wife and stepdaughter enjoyed our week stay at this location mainly due to great accommodations as listed in profile and easy access to beach a short two blocks away. Have already recommended rental to other family and friends!!

Bad weather

It was quite cold during my visit and the furnace did not worry. However, the property manager was responsive by providing a space heater. The water pressure in the master bedroom was low and the shower in the family bathroom had missing knob’s, making it difficult to change selections. However, that bathrooms water pressure was good.

A very nice location

This property is clean and is located very close to Fort Myers Beach in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. The management responded to our questions, but there was no direct communication. We had to leave messages for someone to get in touch with us. There were a few issues that were resolved with the management.

This property fit our needs perfectly! It had everything you’ll need to visit the beach! It was comfortable for our family of 4! We only turned on the tv once but Netflix was there ready to use. Laundry facilities were available to use! We would definitely stay again!

1st Visit to Fort Myers

This was our 1st visit to Fort Myers. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated as advertised. The location was close to all our needs: restarants, grocery store. We had questions when we checked in and the Property Manager was quick to respond and cooperative. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Also....the neighbors were so friendly!

Updated and quiet - nice view of canal

This property is about three blocks from the ocean. Very walkable, but we enjoyed having bikes to go back and forth quickly. Everything was clean and exactly as the pictures depicted. Linda, the property manager, was very helpful, giving suggestions for restaurants and local tennis courts.

Month escape from winter

Excellent property in nice, in a beautiful, quiet location. Very comfortable beds (thank you!) Property managers are highly responsive. The property needed a small clean up issue addressed when we arrived, but the property managers were very responsive to a message about it. We plan to return.

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay! Beautiful home. We had issues in the beginning the floors were quite dusty/Sandy, we told the property and they sent cleaners right away! Quick service. The only thing, is that the rooms were both were very hot at night, with the a/c on at 68 and the fans weren’t enough. It was even cold outdoors.

Everything was new and updated and the manager responded on any issue very quickly. The only issue is we didnt realize the property has 3 units soon to be 4 which made things a little tight . Not a deal breaker for sure

Didn't want to go home!

This property was everything we hoped for when we booked it online. We felt so at home and hated leaving. The amenities are so amazing; starting with the incredible location mid island. The home is well maintained and has wonderful curb appeal. Then you enter to find the beautiful and updated decor, which just happened to look exactly like we had picked it out. All Samsung appliances, a brand new Keurig, an Amazon Alexa, smart TVs, fast wifi, showers to die for, and the most comfortable bed of anyplace we have ever rented. *We looked until we found the tag so we can buy one ourselves!* Communication with the owner was great; rapid, attentive responses to questions and concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute rental but falls short on details

The kitchen was not well stocked. Property manager was responsive in providing a needed skillet and baking sheets. Kitchen could also benefit from a colander and a sharp chef’s knife. Too many kitchen chairs given the number of occupants. All furniture is overly large. Too many decorative cushions on sofas and beds. They take up a lot of space. Bed pillows were worn out and flat. Property manager was responsive in providing three new pillows. The shower system is fancy and nice. Complicated to operate. Instructions would be helpful. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and super close to the beach

From booking to arriving then checking out, the entire process was a breeze. We simply could not believe how easy the entire process went. Property management/owner, sent out very clear and helpful information regarding check in, check out and what to expect. We are extremely satisfied with this property and owner. Entire place felt like home and made us feel like we fit and belong there. Neighbors across the street are so nice and another neighbor several houses down met us while walking our dog. They were super sweet, they have a dog, they remembered all of our names and would meet them almost every evening while walking to the beach. Such a great place, great neighborhood, great people all around it. Walk to the beach from this property with 5 year old and 75 year old while pulling 2 carts full of beach gear, it took 6 minutes, wow. Owners really have a taste in decorating this place, they also have tough of everything (hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels, paper towels, coffee filters, coffee machine, Keurig machine, blender, toaster, all utensils, plates, cups, pots, pans you can think of). Laundry on lower level (owner provide fabric softener. Beds very super comfortable and canal view from the balcony while enjoying morning coffee was a plus. I literally could rave about this place for days. We are already talking about renting it again.
