A great view and access to the beach. There is a closet for guest to grab complimentary guest chairs to take out to the beach for free. It includes a free, albeit very light breakfast offering.

Perfect location!!! On the beach, with a pool on the beach, walking distance to shops, and restaurants. Sunset views. Property was well maintained and staff was very courteous. They have beach chairs and other equipment available.
I wish the rooms were updated. But they were well maintained and clean.

The property was very clean and it was directly on the beach. Annie at the front desk was a delight. She made us feel like we were visiting family. I would definitely recommend this property.

I loved staying there and noticed that the other guests were as pleased as I was. The rooms were clean and the manager Marlene and front desk ladies Annie and Vanessa were so nice! They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Kindness was the word there for me! Even the cleaning ladies and the gentlemen who care for the appearance and cleaning of the other areas of the hotel, pool and even the sand, were nice and approachable too. I am impressed!

I can't say enough great things about this place. Right on the beach! Walking distance to times square, restaurants and shops. Quiet. Rooms were very clean. We had a 2 bedroom the kids loved having their own space and bathroom. Full kitchen outdoor balcony. Honestly it was everything we needed and wanted. They also have beach chairs you can use. Pool was nice and clean. We would stay here again and will if we come back to Fort Myers Beach!

We had a partial beach view and it was very nice. Had construction work due to the hurricane which I totally understand but was a little of annoying because of the noise. The facilities were good as well as the pool and outdoor patio. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. I feel there were a few maintenance items that should be done based on the price of the room.

Beautiful view even for a partial view listing. Location was perfect- walkable to restaurants and right on the beautiful beach. Loved having a washer and dry- even had laundry soap. There is a lot of noise at night from the refrigerator to the a/c units and the road- recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The mattress felt like a pull out sofa mattress, definitely work up with achy joints. Glad it was for only one night. But to be ocean front and great location it’s worth it. Their free breakfast was very welcoming. We enjoyed coffee, juice and the protein bars with yogurts. Made for the morning walks on the beach nice! We didn’t get in the pool but it was small but a nice dip after swimming in the ocean.

We had a great time at Edison Beach House! A clean, kind, well cared for place with kind people working all areas! We were impressed by the kitchen amenities, and the ease of check in! We absolutely recommend! Our view was beautiful and we hope to come back again! Catching the sunset and sunrise each day was amazing!

Older Fort Myers hotel , directly on the beach , with close access to restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Second time at this hotel once before hurricane , area still rebuilding. Hotel very comfortable with all amenities you need with convenience of area. Will stay again.

Receptionist Annie was the best! Large pretty room with view of the beautiful white sand beach. We didn't need the kitchenette but it would be great if you're staying longer. Easy walk to restaurants and bars via sidewalk or beach.

View was excellent, room was clean. Unfortunately construction right next to property started the week we were there. Also I think that if you book through a third party like Expedia you get the less desirable room—-we ended up having to book an extra day bc our flight as delayed by 12 hours and so it was very obvious that the room we moved to was much much better—more updated—than the one we stayed in for the first four days. Not a big fan of Ft Myers—had zero good meals. The location of our place was great though—away from all of the noise/busyness but close enough to walk.

Unbelievable view from our balcony. Clean room and friendly staff. Was here for a get away beach weekend and this was perfect! Thank you, will stay again!

This was even better than what we expected! Everyone is SO friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Annie from the front desk warmly welcomed us. The room was AMAZING. It was so close to everything! LOVED it!
