This family home is perfect for a fun-filled stay in the sunshine state! Step inside to be greeted by the vaulted ceiling and open floor plan with a sunken living room (which includes a few steps). Its well-designed interior gives the home a spacious layout, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the full kitchen, then enjoy your meals in the dining area. The screened-in patio and pool have a serene view of the large lush yard, with plenty of space to enjoy and spread out comfortably. This amusing screened-in patio also features two convenient amenities that are essential to host a cookout: two comfortable outdoor dining areas with space for your entire group and a private gas grill!

Nearby, you'll find various restaurants, so fine dining is never far from your reach in case you don't feel like staying in and cooking for the entire group. Take a trip to one of the local parks such as Veterans Park, the Jason Verdow Memorial Park, Founders Park, etc. to enjoy outside entertainment and games. You'll find cinemas and theaters just a short drive away, as well as a few performing arts theatres. You can even take a trip to one of the nearby amusement parks for a full day of fun such as Mike Greenwell's Bat-A-Ball & Family Fun Park (seven miles north), Sun Splash Family Waterpark (six miles north), Zoomers (11 miles south), and more! Electric vehicle owners will be happy to know after returning to their vacation home, an EV charger is conveniently located in the garage.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
