Relaxing and convenient

We really enjoyed the time we spent in Cape Coral and the comfort and convenience of this home was a big part of that. We absolutely loved the back yard and covered porch area. Exception value!

An Oasis in the Neighborhood

We loved staying at the cottage. Very quiet neighborhood, close to everything in the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area. The backyard is gorgeous and very private. We would just sit there and listen to the birds and look at the flora/fauna. It could not have been better. Thank you Daryl!

Great Cape Coral Location and Property

This trip was a couples' 2-week winter getaway and this property and location were just perfect. Check-in was easy and the house had everything we needed and desired. I'm a coffee drinker and the owner even left a bag of coffee, bottled water and some snacks so we didn't have to scramble and go shopping after a long day's travel. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could desire. The washing machine and dryer was helpful so we didn't have to pack too many clothes. The neighborhood was quiet and in easy walking distance to downtown Cape Coral for carless dinner walks. We did have access to the driveway for our rental car. We would definitely consider this location again for future visits to the area.

Amazing !

My 2 teenage boys and I were visiting family over Christmas week. This property is adorable. The landscaping is pristine making the back yard its own little oasis. Inside the house- no matter where you turn your eyes, there is something interesting! After Christmas dinner, I had to take my parents, aunts and uncles to the house to share the loveliness with them. They were all so enamored with it- both inside and out! Additionally, the property manager was great, the house was incredibly clean, everything we needed was right there. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! This house, if available, will now be part of our yearly tradition! Hopefully the friendly neighborhood cat, Stripe, will come visit us while where there again!

Cottage

The listing is very accurate. It’s clean and affordable and it worked out just fine because it was just me staying in town for business. Also like that, it had coffee available. Just a standard comment that I make with each day, when you’re paying a cleaning fee of almost $200 I don’t think you should have to take out the trash, but that’s just my opinion.

Excellent little house in a great location

The house is very clean with plenty of space for our family of four. Lots of towels and washcloths were provided, and having on-site laundry available was very useful to us. The landscaping is beautiful, and breakfasts on the covered patio were wonderful. Better lighting in the bathrooms would have been appreciated as well as ceiling fans with lights in both rooms (master bedroom has an excellent fan but no ceiling light; second bedroom has a ceiling light but no fan). The beds were fairly comfortable, and the sheets and covers were quite soft. We ate breakfast every day at the "Bread Pete" German bakery on 4402 S Del Prado - Definitely give them a try!

Lovely Home

The home and landscaping are just beautiful. It was so nice to sit in the screen room in the backyard to enjoy the beautiful landscaping. The home is very convenient to Ft. Myers and Cape Coral. There are plenty of things to do and good restaurants near. If you go on a weekend be sure to check out the Farmer's Market in Cape Coral. It's less than 10 minutes from the house.

Beautiful Cottage Close to the Downtown Area

This home made for a perfect vacation. Beautiful cottage which was very roomy and well kept and very clean. The backyard was awesome. Beautiful palms and flowering plants made for a perfect backdrop for the singing birds. This home was so close to the downtown area you could walk to many restaurants. The home had everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating and available if we ever needed anything. We will definitely be back.

Delightful!

What a delight to work with Evolve and Daryl! Daryl was in communication with us whenever needed to ensure all our needs were met. Daryl went the extra mile to offer support and assistance after we came back to dig out our Sanibel home after Ian. The Cottage was clean and tidy with all we needed to come back after a hard day's work on the Island. We enjoyed meals and discussion over what's next around the big dining room table. Strolling through the beautiful gardens and plantings gave us hope. The showers were outstanding and a welcome treat after a hard day's work. Thank you!!

Gorgeous yard, house with myriad of 10 min chairs and garage sale items

We made it through Ian here and left 2 days later. In general, the home and yard were nice but the beds weren't comfortable and there's only 1 small sofa with other 10 minute chairs no foot rests. All toxic cookware, either aluminum or Teflon coated. Tons of pots but no baking ware, no bags, foil or kitchen essentials. For people that like to cook at home you'll be disappointed. Not even a baking glass for a piece of fish. Zero herbs and spices. The tub is very small so don't plan on any baths. We chose this place because the yard was unbelievably beautiful and we got to see it without all the hooha of glass bottles and kitsch because she took it down for the hurricane. Specimen 50+ year old plants that were decimated. Nice luana but again with uncomfortable furniture. The stay was good until the hurricane. She came over and after looking around, told us we weren't supposed to be there and said it was our fault because we stayed. She claimed the governor had announce all visitors to Florida were supposed to leave over the weekend and that 5000 people on Sanibel died!!! The owner was panicked and told us to leave when there was no place to go and roads weren't clear but changed her mind later and let us stay an additional night. She wanted to charge us full price without power water or another amenities but ended up giving a little. We knew there was a lot of stress so it's forgivable completely but it was kind of unreal. We felt safe enough to stay there until the owner came in and stressed us out. She had a lot of damage at her own home too and we get that but yeah. There was no flashlight no radio no coolers no nothing to help us out with the power out. Hopefully this will get her more prepared for the future. No house instructions especially for the tv which had 2 remotes. Neighbors were very welcoming and friendly

Lovely home

Only had to stay a few days, but had a wonderful time. The landscaping is second to none!! They have every tropical plant I've ever seen in Florida, plus many I didn't know could grow down here. Great lay out with lot's of natural light, comfy furniture and bedding. Would definitely stay anytime!!

Dang near Perfect
