Nice private location close to stores

Very nice house, kitchen well equipped, pool, spa and patio is perfect spot to hang and entertain!. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. Great place!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the patio, pool and spa. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great Home

Enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for my entire family to be under one roof finally:). We had a great time on the large patio with ample shade while the kids enjoyed the pool. The host was a pleasure to work with and was very available if we had questions.

A favorite for sure

We were in town for a family baby shower. It was a lovely spot to hang out with our loved ones. We typically visit every year and this house has been my favorite so far. It's set up nicely and offers plenty of space for everyone. The pool area was comfortable and inviting. Communication with our host was EXCELLENT and extremely accomodating. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful. The pool is so nice and definitely was excited for the heated pool option. The host was very nice and answered any questions in a very timely manner. The house was stocked with plenty of items needed throughout the stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.. loved the property. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, Hosts are awesome but home needs some updating

The location of the house was great and the hosts were awesome. The house itself could use some updating, there were a few things that simply didn't work, nothing major, but a little annoyance for the price point.I can't say enough about the hosts, Kim and Jayme were great, they were very responsive and accommodating.

Getaway

Nice house, very clean. Great pool/spa outdoor area. Kitchen seemed to be well equipped but we didn’t do any cooking. The house was in a secluded area and far from where we wanted to go. You definitely need a car. We went to the beach so it would have been nice if there were beach chairs, blanket, cooler, etc. In spite of all the driving we had to do, it was a fun getaway.

Excellent private getaway with easy access to everything and great price!

This place is a super-duper, fantastic place! A hidden gem. Great size, perfect layout, safe neighborhood, a grill, nice pool, optional to have a hot tub, total backyard privacy, beautiful inside and out, games to play, big TV’s, friendly hostess, super price, washer/dryer. Good size for a group of 10 or so. Everything worked, was modern, comfortable and accommodating. Oddly, I did receive an email saying “enjoy the house all week” from evolve or Vrbo so we thought we were in no rush to check out on out check out day until she called us. I was afraid I booked it all week instead of 3 days so I texted her earlier asking how many nights we were paying for as it seemed too good to be true. Some confusion there. We were heading to Orlando today and half our group left yesterday, so no worries there but I felt bad not meeting the check out time thinking we had all day. Overall A+++++++ Thanks! Not up to normal standards!!!!!

We have rented all over Florida and South Carolina, but have never been as disappointed in a rental. The pool had no pool furniture and after paying extra to heat the pool, the only heat came from the sunshine. Kitchen was poorly supplied, ice maker on fridge didn't work; therefore there was no filtered water. Thermostat in house was set at 77 degrees and had a locked cover. This property has great potential and is in a great location, except for 4 speed bumps. The property manager tried her best to get the pool heat working but had no luck.

Disappointed

We rented in March 2019. The house is in a nice and convenient location. The beds were comfortable and the home was spacious. There were however some miscommunications. The listing states Hot Tub, however, it is not a hot tub! it is a "spa" and is kept at pool temp. In addition a grill was indicated in the property description "Grill up a tasty lunch to serve at the patio ....." has since been removed because there was no grill. The pool was not cleaned very well, (we all have pools at our homes and have expectations) there was a thick dirt film on the bottom of the pool. We paid the $150 for heating, but because it was so dirty, we only used the pool once (after the pool company came out to clean) While the kitchen is under supplied, we found it adequate for our needs - but 2 ice trays did not cut it when our house temperatures exceeded 80 degrees. We had to continually purchase bags of ice. The house thermostat is under lock and there are no screens on the windows, so you can’t even open a window (we found the temps outside to be cooler that the inside temp in the house). Our contact (property manager) did not have access to the locked box either. The temperatures in the house exceeded 80 degrees (even though the owner lowered the setting for us to 75 degrees). I had my parents, who are senior citizens and they struggled in the excessive temperatures. After 5 days of complaints, an AC company was finally called and stated a part had to be ordered. Needless to say, the AC was not repaired during our stay! I have requested a partial refund from the owner just for the inconvenience of the excessive temperatures inside the house that we endured during our stay, and of course have heard nothing. Rent at your own risk!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property is perfect. You are very close to everything. Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel, Bowman Beach, Bonita Springs Dog Beach and so many others. The house is setup perfectly and the owners are Fantastic. The pool is absolutely amazing. Just book it, you won't regret it.

Vacation rental

The house and pool were amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. A few minor issues but we had no problem contacting the host about them. The area was ok, just had a drive to get anywhere. Not really walking distance to anything, but that was expected. Overall great place.

A great stay!

We spent a week at this house, for a week in September. Everything was as you wanted, Well supplied kitchen utilities, ample sitting and relaxing space, both indoors and out. And great access to all the Fort Myers attractions. I would definitely look at renting again
