This 2nd-Floor Gulf-front retreat offers an incredible location only surpassed by the even more incredible views. The stunning turquoise waters greet you as you enter this 1-bedroom unit - welcome to your perfect vacation!

The living area opens to a balcony where you’ll enjoy seaside breezes and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is modern and updated, not to mention very well-stocked. The chef in your group will love the state-of-the-art appliances.

Palms C8 sleeps 6 with a king bedroom suite, hall bunks for the kids plus a queen sleeper sofa. Both bathrooms feature crisp white finishes with touches of warm neutrals. The master bathroom includes a large shower, and the shared hallway bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.

This unit offers a truly relaxing setting where you can walk not only to the beach, but to shopping and fine dining. Or, take a bike ride along the path that meanders along 30A to explore all of South Walton's beautiful beach communities.

The Palms of Seagrove:
Nestled atop a bluff, the Palms at Seagrove is a Gulf-front complex is perfect for a great family vacation. Take a splash in the pool or a stroll along the sugar white beaches unique to this area. You'll enjoy some amazing views with a stay here. The Palms sits atop a 25-ft. bluff, raising you high above it all.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

Your stay at Palms C8 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated and appointed. Comfortable bed! The beach view and access was unbeatable! There was confusion with the correct address, I was provided two different addresses, however a quick call cleared this up. All other communications were clear and timely.

Beautiful view of the Gulf. Condo is immaculate and has lovely furnishings and decor. Kitchen has every cooking item anyone could want. The beach is right down steps and the climb back up the steps is worth it. Quiet complex.

She has also lost her mother and sister so we needed peace and relaxation. I’m 76, she’s 74. Imagine our surprise when we arrived to find there was no elevator. I’m using a cane and she struggles

Condo is right on the beach with beautiful views of the water. Condo is clean and nicely renovated. Management company provided easy checkin and checkout instructions along with contact if we needed them. Fully stocked with cookware and linen. Quite complex close to restaurants. Loved our stay and would stay again!

Very convenient location. We were able to walk across the street and rent our bikes during our stay. The ride to Seaside was just 10 minutes away. View from the balcony was gorgeous. Condo was very clean. Bed/pillows super comfy. Only negative was having to haul our luggage/stuff up the stairs and maybe that there was not an ice maker. Only two ice trays and they were empty so we had to make ice. Not that big of a deal. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed with my 10-year-old twins over spring break. We had an amazing time. The place was impeccably clean, advertised accurately, and the kitchen was stocked probably better than any rental that I've ever had. It is a really beautiful slice of the beach that was not crowded. My *only* small complaint, which has nothing to do with the rental, is that the people who rent chairs were rude. I didn't want to rent chairs (brought my own), and they said that I was setting up my chairs too close to the chairs that they set out at like 7a. It made me feel like I had to get up at 6:30a in the morning to claim space on the beach that was close to the condo for my kids. Otherwise, my kids are already begging to go back to that specific condo. We will be back!!!!

This condo was the most well stocked rental we have ever visited. We have always wondered why rentals didn't have a coffee maker with a reusable filter basket, but this one did! That's what we use at home so we never have coffee filters. The toiletries, dishwasher tabs, and laundry tabs were a great asset! We cook most of our meals in the condo and this kitchen had anything we needed! The location was amazing. We prefer being able to walk right out in the beach instead if having to cross busy roads to get there. This was perfect. We used the rental credit to get bikes. My family loved being able to ride our bikes to get ice cream or eat in Seaside. This was our first time to this area but we are already looking forward to our next trip here.

Not only was this location perfect, the unit it very well kept and clean. It is newly renovated with a great kitchen and bathrooms. Our family enjoyed the view each morning from the balcony. Can’t wait to come back and stay in C8!
