"Our ocean view room had a nice view. The only cons were this: a very noisy a/c unit which kept us up at night; a sticky floor which was kind of gross; just 3 pillows on a king bed instead of 4. Minor issues, and it’s possible the sticky floor is a result of the flooring used and the humidity, since we heard from other guests we met that they experienced the same thing. The only other things we didn’t like: no beach towels and very expensive beach umbrella/beach chair rentals, which were really old and crappy. Had we known this, we would have brought our own."

"The lobby is clean which is where they spend all the time cleaning. The rooms were not clean. We also found roaches in our room. They tried to say they were not roaches. We had an oceanfront room with balcony, they moved us to an inside room no view. They wanted us to return to room after they sprayed for bugs but they could not guarantee the spray they used was pet friendly. After much arguing they moved us to a 3rd room that wasn’t nearly as nice and didn’t have the view we originally purchased. They only compensated us $200. Not worth the stay and definitely not as nice as the images."

"I don’t have a lot to complain about here. I called about an early check-in an half hour before arrival and the girl on the phone was odd-she wanted me to call her when I got there to check on the availability for early check-in. Not sure why I would call while I was there but a gentleman at the desk was very helpful when I got there. The room was clean. The “fitness room” is literally just a cardio room. There are 2 pieces of cardio equipment—nothing more. If you don’t mind that, I think you’ll like it. There was lots of parking available too. I stayed during Memorial Day weekend and I never had to fight for a spot. It’s also conveniently located close enough for a quick drive to the HarborWalk or to James Lee Park (public beach access with free parking) or to Henderson Beach State Park."

"First, it is rude to speak another language with your coworkers when serving customers (I believe it was an Indian dialect). I speak Spanish and prefer to talk in private. The room was covered in mold, including the walls, ceiling, fridge, bathroom, and lamps. Also, the ceiling has water damage, which is causing the paint to peel. The bed sheets were worn out and needed to be replaced; the microwave wasn't working; and the fridge had a bad smell and wasn't cooling properly."

"The unit was beautiful with an amazing view, and with all amenities. The hallways, however had trash on the floor from the day we got there, to the day we left. Same dirty cleaning rag by our door (4378)."

"Location was good. The pool area was nice but small. The housekeeping staff were very nice. The front desk attendants were not very friendly and it always seemed like they were being bothered."
