“The rooms need microwaves. And my main complaint is how I was charged a day before I arrived. The justification was ‘The hotel is almost completely booked and that helps us avoid declined cards’ not verbatim but I do have a screenshot. I don’t think that idea is conducive. Also, just because a card may decline doesn’t mean that the money isn’t there. People lock their cards.”

“The only problem is the air conditioning doesn't have the fan activated so the cool air don't circulate causing warm temperatures , My room was 314”

“Comfortable clean room, good breakfast except for the breakfast attendant who seemed to be having multiple bad days. Notwarm friendly”

“No ice machine. No tissues, no paper towel. No toiletries. Dead roach under bed, visuable from door. Can feel & hear springs in bed. Pubic hair in tub drain. Pet waste can hasn't been emptied in a while, it stinks from 10 ft away & there are no pet waste bags available to clean up our dog's poo. Poo everywhere in the dog walking area. A/C works great. Fridge is spacious and cold. Door locks. 6/26/26 Front desk woman was very nice and helpful. $200 a night? Never again.”

“Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊”

“The room smelled like a high school boys locker room, sour with an over order of room freshener, there were bugs in the bed. I am posting reviews on every social media available. The hotel refused to refund room fee or make any accommodation”

“Pretty decent place to stay. Friendly staff and very close to the beach, which was the best.”

“Amazing place to stay!! The pool and beach were great. The staff were helpful and very nice. The room was clean and house service did a great job. A couple of days they even setup my daughter’s Barbie’s in the bed. It’s more of a family resort, lots to do for the kids. For me that was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.”
