Perfect for families

This condo offered the best of all worlds! We had family staying at an adjacent property so we cooked and hung out at our place. The size was perfect for a family with teenagers. Everyone had space to retreat while offering kitchen/living area to allow larger family meals.

Great experience for the family

The resort is fantastic and this unit was also wonderful. Plenty of space for my family, great layout. We loved the big family style table for eating in. It was also extremely clean as well. Having the beach chair service with the room is such a convenient feature! Location was really easy for loading/unloading and quick walk to the pool and then down to the beach. Management staff was very responsive to all needs and questions as well.

Great for short stay

Condo meet our expectations. Outside area with pool, hot tub, pool side grill, etc. was as described. Great beach access and the complimentary chairs and umbrella were nice. The condo itself is a little outdated, but was as pictured, so we were not looking to pay for an updated condo as this was a quick in and out for us and from that standpoint, this condo meet and exceeded our expectations. Check in and out was very easy. Towels and linens as well as kitchen was well equipped for our short stay. Would stay here again without hesitation. Felt very safe with security poolside and in the surrounding grounds daily.

Mini Getaway

Love the location of the unit. Easy access to the beach, the pool, gym and parking! The only negative thing was that We all had to wear sandals inside the condo. The floors were really dirty. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

We had a nice time but can not recommend this unit

This condo was nice and updated but it ends there. The location is across from the fire station, heavy traffic, and construction with no buffer to the outside. That make it very hard to sleep and use the deck. The furnishing were old and the beds uncomfortable. They need attention. They beach was so crowded and limited space that it was hard to even find a chair on some days even thought it was provided. I wish I could recommend it but we will not be returning to this property.

Great for kids

The property is amazing. Perfect for small kids. Bunk room is great and bedrooms are a good size with large bathrooms. The bigger bathroom easily fits a pack n play if you need a space for a little one. The actual unit could use some better mattresses. The larger bedroom has a bed that creaks loudly with any movement. I also didn’t realize that the main door to the condo opens up basically to the parking garage- not the inside hallways. The location is great though for access to the pools. Bring your own access to wifi if you want something reliable because it becomes almost unusable at times.

Beach vacation

The mattress/ bed in one of the large bedrooms was not tolerable and could not be used. It sloped to the middle drastically. We had to go to the store just to purchase trash bags as we were only supplied with one- several trash bags should be supplied. Otherwise we had a great stay.

I was not impressed with this place. Sink leaked, tv's didn't work, furniture was in bad shape. We most likely will not be staying here again.

Great Family Vacation

We love all the amenities and can’t beat the location. Great to have so many pools and have the beach right there. We used the grills for dinner while the kids swam. It was wonderful, fun for all!

We had an amazing time with our stay. The only worries we had was finding the energy to keep up with an almost 2 year old and 5 year old. The condo was just as described and easy to get in and out of for shopping, eating, etc. Check in and out was easy with no glitches in the process.

Waterscape A231

A231 is a great condo. The beds are comfortable. The couches are comfortable and are covered which is good for families with kids... less stress if something is spilled on them. The kitchen is standard, it could use a few more everyday utensils for cooking but is good otherwise. Bathrooms are spacious and stocked with towels and washcloths. They give start out supplies which is great (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, dish washing liquid, etc). Vacasa gives several ways to contact then if there is a problem. This condo opens into the parking garage which is fine. Closer to get to the car for unpacking and packing. Also this is on the level if the kiddie pools and heated pool. Not elevator needed. To use the elevator, we took the one in the parking garage and walked on the first level parking garage. Very easy access to bottom pool and then to the beach. We had a wonderful time.

Everything exceeded our expectations.

The cleanliness was my main concern and it was very well kept. The decor made us feel at home. The water activities kept us occupied as well as the children. My family and I will definitely be back soon.

Disappointed

The resort itself was wonderful. We had a water issue in the unit causing the floors to be wet and very dirty. Multiple texts with management resulted in two maintenance visits with a final solution being that it was coming from another place and a large noisy industrial fan was given to us to dry it out. We were repeatedly told that upper management knew and would be immediately contacting us. That never happened. This unit did not have enough chairs at the table for the 8 people it says it sleeps. The kitchen was barely adequate with items for cooking, dinnerware and silverware. We will stay at Waterscape again. Just not this unit or one managed by Vacasa.

Good Family Vacation

Waterscape is a good option families with multiple pools and solid fitness center. This unit was clean with great communication throughout. This unit is near the entrance and does not have an ocean view from the balcony but the beach is just a short walk.

Cheerleading weekend

This was the cleanest condo I have rented. Everything was so clean including the floors. Noticed the floors upon arrival. My husband spilled water and when I mopped it up I was truly surprised that the mop was clean after mopping the floor. Loved the convenience of parking in the second floor garage and the east access to the pools and the beach. We loved the area and can’t wait to return.

Spring Break

We have stayed at Waterscape for the last 12 or so years and always enjoy our stay. The weather was absolutely beautiful this trip. I had never been this early in the year. Condo was nice. We had a few issues but nothing that couldnt be fixed. First was my fault...I didnt realize our balcony view was of the parking lot and condos next door. VERY disappointed kids. We had no blankets the first night and that was rather chilly. Housekeeping promptly brought some up the next day which was nice. The remotes in the living room did not have batteries. The guest bathroom door wouldnt stay shut so we had to put a towel in the floor to hold it shut while someone was showering or dressing. Biggest thing was after I got a shower the first afternoon we realized neither bathroom had hairdryers. Again another call down to the front desk and we quickly had a hairdryer. Even cheaper hotel rooms we have stayed in have always had hairdryers. Other than these few details we had a nice stay in A231.

Spring Break 2022

We just spent our third spring break at Waterscape. The beaches are fantastic, as always! The resort- a little “tired” from our last stay (in 2021). Common areas were very dirty, trash in stairwells, etc. The lazy river was inoperable- repairs being made to it- which, had we known beforehand, probably would have made us look elsewhere, as our 3 boys looked very much forward to that amenity. The room we stayed in- A231 - was tired as well. None of the remotes for the TV’s worked, so I went and bought batteries to replace them. There was mold in both showers 🤮. There was sand in the chairs and couch from previous guests. The cleaning crew is probably understaffed, but it still wasn’t a good impression after driving for 15 hours to get there. But the beaches are awesome!!
