Perfect gulf-front getaway

Great views, wonderful experience for a couple taking a romantic getaway. Very comfortable bed. Beach chair service was wonderful.

Clean and Close to everything

The condo was perfect for my wife and me. The beach and pool are steps outside the condo. The staff is cordial and efficient. Parking was a breeze and the location is just minutes from great food and shopping. The condo itself was clean and well equipped. We would stay here again!

Fall Break vaca

We loved the furniture on the patio. The beds were comfortable. The couch wasn't very comfortable. The kitchen needs a strainer for pasta and a new can opener. Walls need to be repainted were things have been spilled or scratched. The view was great!

Spring 2024 Vacation

The unit is nicely decorated and has great views. The kitchen is well equipped and the granite countertops are nice. We had a great time and love the direct access to beach, pool and hot tub, and enjoy the beach chair service.

Great room and location

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and really loved the room and its location. We loved it being on the second floor and it was also pretty close to the stairwell so we had easy access to the beach (and could avoid the elevator). The room was really nice and clean on our arrival.

Family Vacation

We had the BEST stay with our two little girls. The room was the perfect size, and super clean. They had kid friendly cups in the kitchen, and all of the furniture was kid friendly (unlike other places we have stayed with glass coffee tables!) The borrow bins by the beach was the cutest little addition, our girls loved it! We have decided this will be “our spot” for future family vacations!

Pelican Isle is easy to access, so very Clean, and right on the gulf! Beautiful condo, with beach service and kitchen is well stocked. That View! The Sound of the ocean! It is what dreams are made of!

Anniversary trip

Sitting outside watching the sunrise is stunning. Such a beautiful place to spend a few days away from the rush of work life. The place was spotless. Had a comfortable bed. The only thing we found that we were not impressed with, was a musty smell. Perhaps the unit was sitting for a time without any air circulation.

Nice condo with gorgeous view/access to beach

Nice condo in good condition. It overlooks the beach and there is beach access on the property (no need to drive once there). Also, the air conditioning works extremely well (we had to turn up the temp due to the coldness of the a/c - this does not happen often). This is a nice value for the price. We would go there again.

Fun in the sun

My husband and I had an amazing time. The condo was clean, and looked just like the pictures, it was spacious. The view out on the balcony was breath taking. We really did enjoy ourselves, it had been a long time since we went on vacation, just the two of us. Will definitely be coming back!!

We had a great time!

We really liked this unit and will be back to this complex. The kitchen could be more stocked with cooking items and it is in need of a little updating/deep clean. Definitely worth the price in the off season. I would never pay full price for a week in the summer. It’s not worth that kind of money. Overall we had a great time!

Wonderful view! Gorgeous beach! Clean condo. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars was because the blinds from the living area to the patio were broken and zip tied up! We had to hang a sheet for privacy in the evening. A fresh coat of paint would brighten the place up but that's a personal opinion!

Beautiful condo with great view

Only thing wrong was ice maker in refrigerator was not working and after notifying management we spent the whole week having to buy bags of ice-it was never fixed.

Great view but disappointed with the condo and customer service.

Our condo had a great view of the beach and was clean. Reason for lower star rating, the shower door to the main bathroom nearly fell on our young kids while in the tub. I called multiple times to have someone come out to fix and no one showed up and continued to close our ticket. We were unable to use that shower our entire stay. Honestly I feel like we should had a little bit of money refunded back. Sheets didn’t look very clean as well. Love Fort Walton but will be finding a different place to stay next year.

Vacation/Anniversary June 2023

The property and condo were great with one exception the ice maker didn’t work. Management sent someone to check it out and they told us it should be making ice shortly but it never did. Management did check with us about the ice maker and we told them it wasn’t working and we would buy ice. All in all we had a great time at the beach, eating great food and shopping.

Power Outage

There was a power outage for nearly 3 and a half hours that completely FUDGED our evening. We traveled 140+ miles and spent the evening in our $300+ condo in pitch darkness with no word from anyone about what happened, what was being done, etc. I want a refund of some sort.

4th of July

There was dirty linens behind the couch when we arrived. The coffee pot stopped working. Also, the A/C would not stay cooled or the refrigerator. Also, there was a used Gatorade bottle stuck in the recliner. The floor was very dirty when we arrived!

Great view. Dirty unit.

Pros: View, beach access, beach service, updated kitchen, cold A/C, plenty of parking. Cons: Small balcony with too much furniture, mattress has hills and valleys in the memory foam, no blankets of any substance, dust on all upper surfaces, black mildew on vents, fridge ice maker broken and they didn't fix the entire week of our stay, bathroom tile absolutely filthy with black and dk brown on the ivory grout, needs re-caulked around fixtures. Unit is not being maintained or deep cleaned. Will not stay in this unit again or a Vacasa managed unit. No games or beach items for use. Disappointed.
