With its great location, varied amenities and fun water features, Waterscape is unrivaled on the Emerald Coast in setting the scene for family fun. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit located on the 5th floor, offers a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Okaloosa Island fishing pier. This well-appointed unit has 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Sofa Bed, and Bunk Beds and sleeps 8. With 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, and a CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. Special features include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer in the home, and two master bathrooms with garden tubs.
Things to Know
Beach service is included from March to October.
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
