Summary:
This beautiful 800 sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath condo is the perfect beach getaway with a community pool just outside your backdoor and only a 4-minute walk to the Blue Dolphin Beachwalk, nearby beach access! Sitting on the third floor (no elevator), it comes fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, your basic kitchen essentials and a stackable washer and dryer. French doors open to a private patio where you can relax and take in views of the sparkling pool. With only six units in the building, you’ll enjoy a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the fun. The surf boards are no longer at the rental. Please note that no pets are permitted in the condo.
The Space:
This beautifully designed 800 sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the third floor, offering a peaceful retreat just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. The open-concept living space is filled with natural light and features stylish furnishings, crown molding, and modern coastal décor. A half bathroom is located in the living room and the full bathroom connects to both bedrooms, Jack and Jill style.
French doors lead to your private patio, where you can unwind while overlooking the sparkling pool. With only six units in the association, this VA-approved condo offers exclusivity and tranquility.
Guest Access:
Ronin Stays uses SuiteOp for guest access. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site.
The Neighborhood:
Fort Walton Beach is a safe, military-friendly city with 13 total military bases within an hour drive. Cecelia Park is within walking distance only a 1/4 mile down the road. Great area for the kids!
Getting Around:
Getting around Fort Walton Beach is relatively easy, though public transportation options are somewhat limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Downtown Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Island, and the surrounding attractions. Biking is also an option for shorter trips, and many roads in the area are bike-friendly. If you're planning to explore beyond the city or travel on your own schedule, a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.
Other Things to Note:
All booking guests must submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either the damage waiver protection plan ($45) or a security deposit ($250) before receiving check-in instructions. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be sent one hour before your scheduled check-in time. To avoid any delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.
Parking is in a shared lot on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited spaces available directly in front of the building.
No Pets. We love pets, but unfortunately the HOA does not allow them.
For your safety, this property has 2 exterior security cameras located at:
- At the Front Door
- On the Back Porch
There are no cameras inside the house. These cameras are installed solely to help protect our guests and the property.
To maintain the property and pool for your comfort and enjoyment, routine maintenance is performed regularly. Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, pest control is done quarterly, and pool cleaning/maintenance is completed twice a week. Our service vendors will not require access inside the property, but you may notice them working in and around the exterior or pool area during reasonable daytime hours.
If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance.
Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. For groups larger than 4 (up to a maximum of 5 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the home in great shape for everyone!
Interaction with Guests:
For the most efficient response, please communicate with the Ronin Stays Team directly through your booking platform’s (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, and etc) messaging system. If you booked through our website, email is the best way to reach us. Our team actively monitors messages 24/7 to ensure timely support.
Please note that while our team is responsive after hours, some services may be limited during that time. We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation.
