Unsafe Unit

I would not stay in this unit we reported the outside Patio swing door as broken. We had to prop a chair against the door and still did not feel safe. For 3 days we had a computer generated response stating they are sirryvtmfor the concern. We left today and it was not repaired. I will tell you this has been broken for awhile. No one should stay in another state and feel unsafe because we can not lock sn outside door.we paid $1,000 a night for this unit felt unsafe and will not go to another Property with this property management group. The unit needs a lot of work. The flooring felt like we were walking on plastic. The furniture needs to be replaced.

Great Family Vacation

Second time to Waterscape, we had unit B200 overlooking the ocean, the property is very clean, the pools were clean and plenty big, the lazy river was a hit for the youngest traveler. The unit had a great view of the ocean, it could use some updating but all in all we had a great time!

What an amazing stay!

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review was the master bed is not conducive to two people sleeping in it and the floors are nasty. The view is amazing. I would gladly rent there again.

Perfect View

The place is roomy, clean, and plenty of towels. The view is spectacular. The chairs were set out on the beach daily with first come first serve. The pools are very nice and walk to the beach is convenient. The door to the balcony does not lock and needs to be fixed and it would be nice to charge food and drinks, at the little tiki place by the pool, to our room. Overall, it is beautiful and I’d come back again to the same room.

Nice location

The condo was super nice with ample housing ability and amazing views. The condo itself was in somewhat of disrepair with a leaking sink, poorly functioning balcony door, and wasn’t ready until 45 minutes after the 4 o’clock check in time. If the unit hadn’t been higher priced than similar units in the building I would give it five stars but it was more expensive. And be forewarned that B-building on the second floor is rough going from the parking garage. But overall a pleasant experience compared to home.

Location of this unit is perfect. Beautiful views of the beach and the pool area. We had a great stay with 4 adults and 5 children. There was some mold on the ceiling of master bathroom, but otherwise unit was pretty clean. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Please clean this room

It has a million dollar view!! The floors are nasty. The linens are somewhat clean at best. The pillows may as well be rocks. Loved the view and balcony furniture. The whole complex needs some cleaning and fresh paint.

Not Impressed

Upon arrival, the unit was hot and took until the evening of day 2 to actually cool down. Also, upon arrival, while unpacking tons of food-the refrigerator did not work- and the best part- maintenance knew about that issue and did nothing about it before hand! So let’s wait until guests check in with cold food and have to call the lobby about it before we fix it. Smart. Then- we go to the master bathroom, and there’s feces smeared on the wall! I’m not sure how “housekeeping” did not catch that, along with all the cob webs in every lamp in the unit. I’m also not sure the windows have ever been cleaned. You book this room for the views, but you can’t see through the sea spray. Additionally, the linens on at least the master bed are stained, the couch pillows are stained, the master bed has an awful squeak with any little movement, and the bunk area is just not in the least bit inviting. The pictures on vrbo do it way more justice than it is worth. For the amount of money paid to stay in this unit, with all the issues we had, I’d look elsewhere. People are more worried about “Covid” than cleaning human waste off of walls.

A million dollar view!!

B200 has the best view and the awesome layout provides an ocean view and patio excess from all 3 bedrooms. The condo was spacious and tastefully decorated. The second floor was perfect because it is high enough to have the great view and low enough to be very convenient to get to the multiple pools, hot tubs, delicious tiki hut food and beach. We had a wonderful week!

Great vacation in B200!

We loved our stay in B200. The view is exactly what you want. It is literally oceanfront... you can't be any closer! The entire unit was clean, the kitchen amenities covered what we needed, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space. I would highly recommend this unit!

Overall Waterscape property is great...staff does good job keeping grounds clean...beach awesome..

We were disappointed with the unit we rented....unit isn't as nice as pictures online....bedroom carpets are dirty and need replaced....kitchen stocked with minimum needs...needs Keurig coffee machine as that's what most use now and expect....mattresses are new in 2017 however linens ...spread etc are old and worn....all furniture is old and you can tell it....one bedroom closet door would not open thus could use only half of closet...trundle bed could not be used as the pull out bed was stuck thus that was not used....dryer takes forever to dry and needs replaced....this waa our 7th stay at Waterscape and the worse unit we have stayed in ....expected better quality for what it cost....ok if pricing for week was lower

Enjoyed the stay

Property was very nice. Set up with pool areas and proximity to beach and stores/ restaurants was convenient. Condo could us some upgrades specifically to its second bedroom. Bad wasn’t in good shape and squeaked a lot. Closet doors were not functioning and off track when we entered the room. Room could of used a better cleaning for new tenants. Overall place was nice with beach views through the balconies.

This was an amazing resort!

This resort was amazing for a family of 10. Kid and adult friendly alike. There was always something to do. We even saw a wedding on the beach! We are planning our next trip back already!
