    Included in your stay, between March and October there are chair and umbrella set-ups on the beach. They also offer kayak and paddle board rentals for $20/hr.

    Enjoy our lovely vacation home on Okaloosa Island. Newly remodeled in light bright pastels, flat screen TV's, and King memory foam mattress, etc. The sugar white beach and emerald green water are just out the back door.

    Watch the dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening from the spacious patio. There is a grill for cookouts, and we have beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for fun on the beach. The Pier and Boardwalk are an easy walk down the beach.

    Villas capri is located between the Surf Dweller Condominiums and the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort on Okaloosa Island, off of Santa Rosa Boulevard at:

    If you would like to reserve, please click the 'Book It' tab in the listing with the dates you would like (our calendar is very current), and click the "Pet" tab if a pet will accompany you ($100), and we'll go from there!
    The deposit ($200) is fully refundable understanding that there will be no damage, nuisance or smoke odor, and that the condo will be left in good condition. Booking is reserved and firm when both deposit and rent are received, and owner has emailed arrival information.

Super cute and comfy! Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay (cooking utensils, linens, coffee pot etc). Being able to walk right out to the beach from the back sliding glass door was the best. Would stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for hanging out on the beach. We loved having an umbrella we could see from the condo, it was a minute walk so we could check on our dogs or grab snacks. Everything was clean, quiet, and convenient - plus we got to have our dogs! We would love to come again.

The hosts were great from the very beginning, all the way through checkout. They were both responsive and helpful. The condo is not big, but it fit the 3 of us just fine and the location is great. Walk right out the back door to the beach and a couple minute drive to the pier. Few minutes further to Destin. We enjoyed our stay and would VRBO here again.

Excellent retreat close to the shoreline! Smelled the clean as soon as we entered. Plenty of space and close to the waters edge. The area is peaceful & clean, around the way from the main strip keeps traffic & noice down in this spot! Of course the sand right outside our door was beautiful. Get groceries before you arrive or you’ll have to cross the bridgeWould recommend and would stay again!

Great area. Very clean. Easy walk to the beach. Parking is a little difficult on the weekends as ppl coming to the public beach access take the reserved parking. Washer/dryer not in unit but accessible on 2 floor.
