The condo was conveniently located on the corner of the second floor, near the stairs. Although the dune blocked our view of family members on the beach, the ocean views were still beautiful. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable, and the information provided about what to bring was accurate. Somehow we missed that there was no hair dryer, but the condo did have both a coffee maker and a Keurig, which was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again in the future.

Great location, lots of restaurants nearby, grocery store within a few minutes. The kids enjoyed the pool and beach. Plenty of parking available but spots are on the smaller side, luckily we had a minivan. Google directions were completely off and took us to the wrong resort so beware.

The location itself was relaxing and delightful, until we got trapped in our room for about 2hrs ruining our evening plans.

Love the location of the condo - right on the beach! We had beach and pool view. I expected beach vibes inside but it was decorated with geometrical shapes and other prints. The beds were comfortable. What I did not expect (but it was well communicated) was only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 trash bags only, 1 roll of paper towels, and 2 dishwasher pods and no beach towels or pool towels. I was also sent on a hunt around the room for the 2 parking passes. Having to pack the extra above items mentioned was a little much. Also they did not have a broom to sweep all the sand up - had to walk around in socks to keep sand off of my feet. Also, there was black mold around the shower doors, scuff marks on the master bedroom floor, and a hole in the light cover on the ceiling fan over the table. With all that, I would stay here again but maybe another room. Other people I know who stayed there had complimentary towels and beach chairs which have been nice for all room guest to have on the beach.

I stayed there for a week, which was very nice, however, having limited soap (2 dishwasher tabs, and a little pouch of dish soap) seemed cheap and disappointing. Also, the number of emails received regarding the stay was a bit much.

Smaller hotel/condo building, quiet, family friendly, close to food. Convenient location to access 98. Spacious condo. Oversized twin beds was a nice surprise for my kids. REALLY liked that the rental chair vendors were NOT taking over the beach, like they have at other locations we’ve stayed at (and won’t return due to that). Great hotel! I will return! I will add that there are no gas grills. There are charcoal grills. Facility staff were friendly and provided us with charcoal, lighter fluid and a lighter (left over from previous renters).

We were locked out of our room in 100 degree weather had to wait on someone to come to the property to fix it check in was at what 4:00 so my whole day was wasted I’m a military veteran and I have never came to this before unprofessional at its best only wanted to compensate 56 dollars I have a child with asthma

Unable to stay in room and lack of concern from manager with no other rooms available forced us to look else where after drinigv6 hours and accommodations we not suitable for us and 8 month 4 year old due to smoke room and dirty floors unsafe for baby. Very much not satisfied with how they handle our situation and need refund partial or full. Will be sending another detailed message and pictures were sent as well

We could see the water, but I wouldn't say our unit had a view. Ok, because I knew that when I booked. It was a nice condo with good amenities. I had to report some damage to a mirror when we arrived. They sent someone to look and their response was timely. We extended an extra night and that was handled efficiently. When I asked about new parking passes, they didn't follow through on that, but I just changed the date on the pass and had no problem. Two items that were unsatisfactory did not relate to the condo. First, there were lots of jellyfish in the water and our granddaughter was stung the first day so we didn't go back into the gulf. Second, the company that sets up rental chairs/umbrellas hogs the entire shoreline so it's impossible to set up your own canopy and chairs with an unobstructed view. They should be limited to sections of the beach, leaving some sections for those who prefer their own chairs and canopies. We intend to send a letter to the city of FWB regarding our dissatisfaction with this policy - their contract with this rental company.
