Great place for vacation!

The condo and pool were awesome 😎! It was a very short walk to the beach, which was nice. We got to bring our small doggie, which made it an even better vacation!

Our stay at Aqua Villa

Our stay at the Aqua Villa was very comfortable. We found it clean and well maintained. It has easy access to the beach with a beautiful gulf view. We wish to thank the owner of the unit for sending us two warm sherpa blankets during the chilly spell.

Simple, convenient, and clean

We rented this condo because we had a new puppy we wanted to bring and not many condos will take pets. Aqua Villa 304 was super clean, convenient, and had everything we needed. The owners were kind and responsive if we had any trouble. The only down side is that the Aqua Villa building itself is in bad need of some updates and repairs (Sept 2023). I won't go into details but this could be a 5-star condo if they would catch up with the updates other condos in the area have done. But overall it was a good stay and we would stay there again.

This was a perfect place to stay. I love Ft. Walton and this property is located on the ocean...walk out the front door and gaze at God's beautiful handiwork. The pool was very enjoyable. The room was clean and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable, great shower pressure and we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

I really enjoyed my stay at Aqua Villa. I did not have any issues. Chairs and an umbrella were provided on the beach which made a huge difference in not having to bring our own. The view from the room alone was magnificent. I would definitely return !! 10/10 hands down.

The condo is great! We loved the location, the easy access to the pool and beach without a lot of stairs. The condo itself is clean and spacious, very nice with 2 full bathrooms. We also LOVED having the complimentary chairs and umbrella so we didn't have to haul a lot of stuff to the beach. It is the perfect set up and we will be back to Aqua Villa for years to come, just maybe not this particular condo. ONLY drawbacks were the lack of private balcony and having to use community laundry, but honestly they aren't deal breakers considering the convenience of the condo. Definitely recommend!

I found this condo to be Clean, Cozy and just steps to the Beautiful Beach. I loved that a neighborhood mkt was close by for staple grocery items. I will definitely be going back.

Perfect!

Loved this spot. Had a big window to be able to see the ocean and open it up to hear it. It was super clean. Convenient store right by the hotel. Ajs right down the road for some good seafood and live music. Great stay!

Overall stay was great. I would recommend it for anyone wanting a beach-front experience. Only negatives for us were, there were dirty washcloths left in the guest bathroom hanging up from the previous guest and the pet throws need to be thrown out. They smelled horrible so we didn’t use them. We came prepared with our own pet throws. Otherwise, the condo was very clean. The communication was on point from start to finish. Highly recommend!!! Thank you

Lovely Pace!

This place was perfect for our family. It was clean, well stocked with all kinds of dishes and pans, which is important to me since I love to cook. But the best part was being able to look out on the Gulf from our living room every day without having to walk out to see it. The view was incredible! Also, the owner was quick to respond when I had some questions about the TV, etc. I higkg recommend staying here, and we hope to go back next year.

Beach, Parking, and Shopping Convenience

No long walk down a boardwalk to the beach or parking. Large pool but liked the smallness of the complex. It's a few steps to the store. Nice having 2 beds in the second BDR. Primary BDR is really big but no ocean view. Living room and second BDR are the ocean views. Having the beach chairs is a plus also. The larger condo complexes are difficult to claim chairs even though the condo host says they are included. But this complex always had availability.

This is the perfect location. I've stayed in a lot of condos on Okaloosa island , but this one was the easiest ocean access thus far. The whole place was amazingly clean and had a lot of room. And right next the the Tom Thumb convenience store, which was perfect for those small things. Having the chairs And umbrella on the beach with the condo was awesome also. Glad to have chosen this place to stay. Every morning we would wake up, drink coffee and look out the huge picture window and watch the ocean.

Wonderful view

The condo and views were perfect. Unfortunately, some the other amenities were lacking. The washer malfunctioned, the elevator had issues, the pool was dirty. Likely we will not stay at the condo in the future because we missed not having a balcony and want the washer and dryer in the condo. Thank you.
