「We spent 7 days in this beautiful apartment in May 2026. The location was great with so many places in walking distance. Apartment was very clean and as described. Will definitely stay here again if we ever go back to D.C.」

「1. Was not aware that we're have to carry all our items upstairs. Very hard to do with a large ice chest. 2. We had issues with the a/c not actually kicking on. 3. The bed was horrible!!!! You could feel the springs in the bed, very hard. 4. Grout missing all over in the bathroom. 5. The door to the bathroom had to be slammed shut to get it to close. 6. WAY smaller than the pictures led to believe. 7. Wouldn't recommend, or stay here again.」

「Great location, amazing views and fantastic hosts. The only thing I would suggest is to ask for all required documentation at the time of booking. I booked a day in advance and had to send documents and make parking payments while I was on the way. Thanks.」

「Be aware this is very old apartment with crappy furniture and dirty very dirty walls. Door was completely messed up, you can tell previous guests had trouble opening the door, I contacted the host about it but they did nothing about it.」
