Comfort Suites Fort Wayne - Southwest
The best thing about my stay was Shante who was at the front desk. It was cold, snowy and I was tired. She made me feel at home and took great care of me while there. Any business would be proud to have her working for them - hope this word gets back to her manager please

Staff was nice & courteous. Room cleanliness left a little to be desired - hair on the floor and in the shower as well as toothpaste in sink (all not mine). The conditioner canister (wall pump) was empty.

Hampton Inn Ft. Wayne-Southwest
Room is clean, bed is comfortable . Bathroom could use some upgrading, cracked floor tile, bathroom door lock missing, crack in toilet tank lid. Not what I’ve come to expect with a Hampton.
