「Une très mauvaise expérience pour une première visite à Fortaleza. Un hôtel Entre l’hôtel dont les Service n’étaient pas à la hauteur de ce qui était annoncé et les arnaques à répétition, que ce soit pour les excursions, les transferts… Nous sommes très déçu, nous sommes très très très déçu de cet hôtel et de la ville. À FUIRE OU SI VOUS ÊTES PRIS AU PIÈGE, NE PAS HÉSITER À DEMANDER DES COMPTES LES COMPTES.」

「Staff was great! The entertainment people were amazing! The buffet needs alots of improvement, it was the same food everyday same stuff for breakfast same stuff for dinner. Also needs improvement with their card system I had alots of issues with the Water park entrance on both days.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Carmel Cumbuco Resort and would highly recommend it. The resort itself is beautiful, with spacious and well-appointed rooms — the only minor suggestion we would make is to add a chair to the room, which would make it even more comfortable. The real highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. 「Spijtige, ligt wat afgelegen alleen de zee met strand aan de overkant , maar wel opgelet als je er rond 6u gaat joggen, ga dan niet langs de gevaarzone op het strand dus richting Fortaleza, dat kwam de politie mij zeggen tijdens het joggen steeds een taxi of uber nemen. Zeer proper hotel en vriendelijk maar ze spreken er alleen maar Portugees.」
