「Had a lovely stay at the hotel, in spite of difficult personal circumstances. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, continental breakfast tasty. So close to train station but quiet as on other side of road. And less than a mile’s walk to the amphitheatre. Lovely terrasse at the back to sit and read in the sunshine. I definitely recommend. 」

The accommodation is very nicely presented and spacious, with a number of lovely touches eg shaving kit. Emanuel, the host, is utterly charming and went to a lot of trouble to make us feel welcome and help us eg storage for our e-bikes. We had a delicious breakfast.
