「Everything was as expected」

「The front desk guy mumbles in heavy accent making communication challenging but the facility itself if clean and well maintained. My room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of shopping and eating choices close by. 10/10」

「Since it was winter I suspect the pool was closed for that reason.」

「Great location, minutes away from Air Force Base and shopping. Breakfast variety was slim to none but did offer something. Rooms are definitely in need of upgrades, from bathroom (very outdated) to the TV not having USB port for firestick or game systems power source. Not a bad stay but nothing compared to IHG, Marriott or Hilton properties but charge the same price as those before mentioned properties.」

「The rooms haven’t been updated in many years, especially the rugs in the hallway. The room had vinyl floors. TV remote didn’t work correctly. The feel of the hotel is old. Would have preferred to have a room away from the ice machine since my stay included a pet. Expected better from Ramada.」

「The staff was nice. The room was clean. The window mounted air units allowed alot of ambient noise from the outside.」

「One mattress in the room sank very low when sitting or sleeping on it. The carpets smelled, and the toilet was clogged. People were smoking by the hotel entrance all the time.」

「This is the dirtiest, nastiest hotel/motel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. I am applauded by the fact that your app even has this place as an option. This place needs to be reported to the local board of health for immediate shut down. Bathroom - old, moldy and dirty Bed- hard and old. Bedding- old, dingy and dirty. 「Lady at the desk refused my reservation saying she told them she wasn't doing the online reservations anymore. repeatedly. Stayed anyways as I needed a room. Room smelled a little odd, not bad, but something scented for cleaning? and towels and toilet paper were low grade and no shampoo or conditioner, just a single soap bar in the bathroom.」

「Loved my stay. I went with my two kids 9 and 11. Pool was awesome! Cabin great loc. just walked out to the main entrance and all activities were there. All main attractions, pool, lake, activity center. Will def. go back next year!」
