Nice hotel with great facilities within a beautifull setting. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is overpriced though. Even in Jericoacoara, which is known for being expensive; one can find a hotel with similar standard with a better rate. I also thought it was rather unusual to charge for the coffee capsules in the room. The high point is that it is really next to the sea.

Hotel muito bonito, bangalôs muito espaçosos e bem divididos. Refeições gostosas e bem feitas. Pontos positivos - praia muito boa e com poucas ondas (boa para crianças, como foi nosso caso); passeios de barco com camarão assado e drinks (preço muito acessível); muita tranquilidade e bangalôs muito aconchegantes. Pontos negativos - piscinas principais sem aquecimento (mesmo com muito calor, a água estava fria); preços excessivos das bebidas (água 300 ml - 8,00 reais); cerveja 600 ml - 30,00 reais).

Sem dúvida um pedaço do paraíso na terra. O hotel é novo, o quarto é gigante, a piscina é fantástica, a alimentação uma delícia, mas o melhor são os funcionários que são super prestativos e fazem de tudo para que sua estada seja a melhor possível. Com certeza iremos voltar.

Viagem maravilhosa

Viagem de casal maravilhosa! Bangalô amplo, limpo e confortável. Serviço de quarto muito bom. Restaurante com bom serviço, cardápio diversificado e preço justo com pratos bem servidos. O hotel disponibiliza alguns serviços como bikes, sauna, spa, piscina mais reservada além de aluguel de kites e aulas para iniciantes do esporte. Recepção com funcionários atenciosos, solicitos e proativos. Hotel bem projetado com grande área verde, espaço bem aproveitado e bem distribuído, sendo pé na areia banhado por um mar lindo e maravilhoso excelente para banho e prática de esportes náuticos pela ausência de grandes ondas. Super indico!

Preço injustificávelmente mais alto no hotel.com.

O hotel é lindo mas não há espaço de areia na praia da frente. Com muita chuva pode entrar água nos apartamentos que estão frente para o mar. Mas é um local lindo. No entanto o preço foi muito alto na época que comprei a estadia e mais perto da viagem o preço ficou bem menor. Mesmo pagando mais meus amigos que compraram por melhor preço ainda tinham melhores acomodações. A recepcionista Júlia, com muita gentileza me ofereceu um quarto frente ao mar. Minha queixa vai para o hotels.com pelo preço instavel e alto, nas mesmas acomodações, estando o hotel quase vazio.

Ferias de verão em um lugar delicioso

Hotel muito gostoso, confortável. Lugar muito agradável. Ótimo para relaxar. Só sentimos falta de monitoria, por conta de ter muitas crianças. Outro ponto a ressaltar é que o piso da piscina é um pouco áspero causando leves ferimentos. Como sugestão, acrecentar um cardápio com mais opções de petiscos na piscina.

Muito bom o hotel, ao chegar estava faltando energia na região mas o hotel tinha gerador. Carreguei meu carro no ponto de carregamento disponibilizado pelo hotel. Ótima comida e seleção de bebidas no cardápio. Vou retornar com certeza. Uma sugestão: toalhas mais espessas no banheiro.

Hotel maravilhoso para dias de tranquilidade

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa e a equipe contribuiu muito pra isso. O atendimento do hotel é nota 1000, desde as camareiras e do pessoal da manutenção ao pessoal do restaurante e da recepção, todos foram sempre solícitos, ágeis e gentis. A Nara e a Vivian são super simpáticas e sempre muito atentas no restaurante. Meus sinceros agradecimentos também a Talita da recepção, que me ajudou a fazer uma surpresa de aniversário que foi incrível, e saiu tudo perfeito. Ficamos em um bangalô de frente pro mar com piscina privativa e é de um conforto e privacidade sem igual. O espaço é amplo, tínhamos uma piscina só pra nós dois, o mar a 10 passos, cadeiras de sol, rede... Um lugar maravilhoso para férias inesquecíveis! Minha única sugestão ao hotel seria colocar duchas externas nos bangalôs, pelo menos nos que são de frente pra praia. E embora tivemos sorte com o tempo, acredito que em dias de chuva teríamos sentido falta de uma Smart TV no bangalô. Mas mesmo em Abril e com previsão de chuva, pegamos todos os dias ensolarados. O hotel possui uma linda e ENORME piscina principal, uma segunda piscina na área da sauna, e ainda quatro jacuzzis em um espaço super legal. O café da manhã é excelente e o restaurante do hotel nos atendeu bem. Também é possível explorar os restaurantes mais simples do centrinho de Pontal. A estrada de Fortaleza até o hotel é tranquila e toda asfaltada, não precisa de carro alto. Recomendo muito o Jaguaríndia Village, com certeza voltaremos.
