“The room provided to my family was not the room I booked and paid for. I specifically selected a more expensive family room consisting of two separate bedrooms, but they were given a different, cheaper room type instead. When my sister raised the issue at reception, she was incorrectly told that this was the room booked. This amounts to a misrepresentation of the accommodation offered and paid for.”

“We stayed at this place for three very disappointing nights. It is located in a narrow alley that, in our view, was one of the least attractive areas of the city. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what was presented on Expedia. The accommodations advertised online did not match what we found when we entered the room. “Das Hotel befindet sich an einer sechsspurigen Schnellstraße. Auf der einen Seite verläuft unmittelbar diese Straße, auf der anderen Seite liegt der Vansee. Wir reisten gemeinsam mit Freunden an. Aus nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen erhielten unsere Freunde ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, während uns ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite zugewiesen wurde.
