「Tired hotel in Enfield, noisy at night & morning during checkout of nearby rooms. The towels and shower mat need replacing- extremely tired and the mat underlining was half off from extreme use. The one member of staff we met on check in was friendly. Noise came from another room TV & the busy street next to hotel.」

「We stayed in the main building where is obvious it is under renovation, (should probably be disclosed when booking). The room was spacious with a lovely big bed, issue was it was nearly 30° when we stayed and there was no air con in the room just a dusty tower fan and a window that only opened a jar. Also the lighting in the room is poor, I had to put a flash light over the 1 full length mirror to do my make up to go out. When we arrived at the hotel check in was easy enough but it is at 4pm...

「Easy to find and check in is remote. Room feels secure and had plenty of facilities. No breakfast at the weekend, despite me booking it because free breakfast was included. No response to two messages about lost property after checking out. 」

「On Saturday at 2 in the afternoon we were told we would be moved to a different location. Which is late notice but understandable due to a broken bed. However once we arrived at the new location we were appalled. Initially the front door had been kicked in. Then we made it to the bedroom where bedding was dirty and clearly hadn’t been changed since last used. It was also falling apart. The bathroom had sticky stains on the floor alongside mould in the shower, tap and window. The mould...

「Our 2nd time staying at Brendan’s homely apartment on our trip from Belfast, everything you need is there essentially and the distance from the local shops a relatively short walk and even our Uber to Tottenham Stadium was only £10. 20 Wrampling Terrace is situated in an exceptionally quiet street which makes for a really peaceful nights sleep.. We will definitely be using again #COYS」
