Entspannter Urlaub in idyllischer Atmosphäre

Schöne, große Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Kinder sehr viel Platz zum Spielen mit Trampolin und Pool. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Super super super perfetta

Io e la mia famiglia siamo viaggiatori abituali. Viaggiamo in Italia e in Europa, in hotel o in appartamento. Questo è decisamente la più bella e confortevole abitazione che abbiamo mai trovato in Italia. La zona è meravigliosa, in mezzo a viti e ulivi. Il silenzio è assoluto, la gente cordiale. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella taverna. Era fresca, accogliente e molto luminosa nonostante fosse appunto una taverna. L'arredamento è di ottima qualità e di ottimo gusto. Una menzione particolare alla cucina che è quella dei miei sogni. Grande, con tanti armadietti, con l'isola centrale, la penisola dove fare colazione. Bellissimi e di ottima qualità anche gli elettrodomestici. Io ho usato frigor, frizer e lavastoviglie. Ci sono piatti e bicchieri in grande quantità e anche tovaglie e strofinacci. Non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio. Il soggiorno è enorme, i due divani comodissimi. La poltrona relax ottima per stare comodi a leggere un buon libro. Anche la camera matrimoniale è spaziosa e con un grande armadio e una grande cassettiera. Per chi ama fare sport anche in vacanza, c'è la cyclette e il tapis roulant. Grande bagno con tanti armadietti, phone nuovo, doccia idromassaggio e sanitari molto belli. Lavatrice da 7 kg utilissima per non doversi portare troppe cose da casa. Fuori un bel tavolo con 4 sedie, due poltroncine e una panchina, stendibianchieria e una lavandino comodo per risciacquare i costumi. La piscina non è enorme, ma dopo aver fatto il bagno nel mare pulitissimo di Fossacesia Marina, è solo un modo per rinfrescarsi. Bellissimo l'idromassaggio, ci si sente coccolati. Splendido l'esterno della villa, curatissimo il giardino. Si può parcheggiare nel cortile da cui si accede alla taverna. Siamo andati in spiaggia a Fossacesia Marina che è a 15 minuti di macchina dalla casa. Ci sono i sassi ma sono belli tondi e ci sono docce gratuite sulle spiagge libere. C'è una splendida passeggiata lungomare e panchine dove sedersi o sdraiarsi sotto le piante. La sera si può andare a mangiare a San Vito Marina dove ci sono locali dove con solo 6 euro si può gustare una porzione di pesce buono e ben cucinato a scelta tra decine di piatti. Una menzione particolare ai padroni di casa, Fiorella e Franco, e ai loro splendidi figli Antonio e Aurora che sono gentili, socievoli e disponibili. Non ho alcuna nota negativa perchè anche il tempo è stato bellissimo, caldo ma non afoso come a Bergamo. Tutto perfetto. Mille complimenti. Siete meravigliosi.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement que nous avons eu est très bien : cuisine toute équipé, télé, wifi , parking privé, piscine et jacuzzi , tous pour un séjour formidable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathique et toujours à votre disposition. Je recommande cette villa !

Amazing Stay in Scorciosa (Fossacesia)!

Fiorella was a fantastic host. Very helpful and easy to coordinate with. The flat is a lower unit in a large villa. It was more than enough space for our family of 4. It has everything you need including well appointed kitchen, dinning, living and bathroom. There was even secure parking for our car on the property. For anyone touring this part of Abruzzo (Lanciano, Rocca San Giovanni, Fossacesia, Vasto and the surrounding area) we would highly recommend Fiorella's apartment.

RACCOMANDATISSIMO

Siamo stati a Fossacesia dal 08 Agosto al 22 Agosto e scrivere che ci siamo trovati bene è riduttivo. In questa bellissima villa io e la mia famiglia siamo stati veramente bene; una casa bella e superaccessoriata ed una coppia ,Fiorella e Franco con i loro bimbi Antonio e Aurora, veramente squisiti e simpatici. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra . La distanza dal mare (circa 8/10 min di auto)è irrisoria ed anche la zona è veramente gradevole da visitare. Grand appartement soigné avec gout.

L'appartement est magnifique et nous y avons passé une merveilleuse semaine. Situé dans le sous-sol, il est vaste, confortable, meublé avec goût avec un équipement cuisine neuf. Bien situé il se trouve au calme à la campagne à dix minutes de la plage la plus proche et de moins d'une heure des environs de la montagne. Fiorella et Franco, sont des propriétaires, accueillants, sympathiques, dynamiques, discrets et à votre service avec une priorité celle de vous faire passer d'agréables vacances. Ils nous ont reçus très chaleureusement et nous les remercions pour leur amabilité, leur gentillesse et particulièrement ce moment de partage au sein de leur famille lors d'une occasion spéciale. Pour les amoureux de cette région cet appartement est idéalement placé. David et sa famille.

Tres beau logement, a conseiller

Le logement se trouve dans une très belle villa situé dans un endroit calme. Nous avons occupé le rez-de-chaussée, les propriétaires habitent le 1er étage, il y a encore un grand logement pour vacanciers au 2ème étage. Parking privé avec portail automatique. La maison est très soignée et propre, mais il est impératif d’avoir une voiture. Elle est à 10-15 minutes des commerces (à Lanciano) et des plages (Vito). Il y a une très petite épicerie à 500 mètres pour dépanner. Les propriétaires sont très gentils est toujours disponibles pour toute question. Ils parlent l’italien et le français (pas d’anglais). Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. C’est une très bonne adresse pour visiter la région et passer des vacances au calme, par contre elle ne plaira pas aux personnes qui recherche des animations nocturnes. Ciao Fiorella & Franco

Sono stato con la mia famiglia presso la Villa dei leoni dal 6 al 13 giugno e devo dire che siamo rimasti meravigliati. Si tratto di una Villa molto curata gestita da due giovani proprietari molto disponibili. Il posto è incantevole, poco distante dal mare ed anche non molto lontano dalla montagna. La villa è molto particolare, curata nei minimi dettagli sia all'interno che all'esterno, attrezzatissima e pulita...abbiamo trovato addirittura di più di quanto riportata sull'annuncio, cosa che non ci era mai capitata! Per tutto questo la raccomandiamo!

Mooi groot en smaakvol ingericht appartement

Wij hebben 10 dagen in dit mooie, smaakvol ingerichte appartement gezeten. Schitterende keuken op de eerste plaats en goed compleet ingericht. Het appartement is ook verder compleet ingericht, het ontbrak ons aan niets. En als we iets nodig hadden hoefde we het maar te vragen. De eigenaren spreken geen Engels maar wel Frans. Maar met de google translate zijn we er goed uitgekomen. De eigenaren zijn twee hardwerkende mensen die ook servicegericht zijn ingesteld. De eigenaren wonen boven het appartement en boven hen is ook nog een groot, modern appartement te huur. En wat zeker gezegd moet worden is dat het huis super schoon. Complimenten daarvoor aan de verhuurders. Het huis ligt in een soort van villawijk in een klein onbeduidend dorpje waar wel een mini supermarkt is en twee cafe's. Een pleintje met een kerk en dat was het ook wel. Maar zondermeer heerlijk rustig en van hieruit hebben we schitterende dagtochten gemaakt naar de omliggende dorpjes en steden. Minder dan 10 km ligt het strand en op 27 km afstand kun je mooie wandelingen maken in het gebergte de Majella. En op 4 km afstand de stad Lanciano. Heerlijke 10 daagse gehad.

Consigliatissimo!!!!!

I proprietari sono delle persone gentili e disponibili che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. La casa e' molto pulita, ben arredata e dispone di tutti i confort necessari per un piacevole soggiorno. Si trova al centro di un piccolo paese a pochi pochi km dal mare e dalla montagna e nelle vicinanze è possibile trovare sia tutti i tipi di servizi (bar, tabaccheria, lavanderia, minimarket, centri commerciali, ecc.) sia posti caratteristici da visitare (chiese, cattedrali,parchi, ecc.). Ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla ma nello stesso tempo variare alternando il relax agli spostamenti, che permettono di trovarsi in ambienti paesaggistici diversi e contrapposti quali ad esempio il mare e la montagna. Fortemente consigliato!

Natale a fossacesia

Siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità'; la casa e' molto pulita, elegante ed accogliente dotata di ogni confort per un piacevole soggiorno. Si trova a pochi km dal mare e dalla montagna per chi e' alla ricerca della vacanza tranquilla in un piccolo centro quello di Villa Scorciosa. Da migliorare: collegamento internet.
