“Super sauberes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption die Damen als auch das Zimmer Personal waren sehr freundlich. Lage sehr ruhig nicht mitten in der Stadt, gut zum entspannen. Das Hotel hat auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Das einzige Problem war das sehr sehr magere Frühstück. Wir waren zwei Nächte über Ostern dort, deshalb gab es auch kein Abendessen, obwohl Frühstück und Abendessen inklusive war. Vielleicht lag es an den Feiertagen.. ansonsten waren wir……

“Gemma the owner was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel welcome. We stayed had to mom‘s place which was a very quiet house on the hill with a beautiful view. The temperature outside was 24 at night when it was 32 in Verona everything was wonderful. The mom was a darling. We were so lucky to find that place. We will be back for sure. I’ll give it 10 out of 10.”

When I got there I asked at what time and where breakfast would be served. The owner seemed surprised and said that it wasn’t included. It took me some long negotiations and me showing her the Hotels.com listing to convince her. When I asked her for wifi service, she said, contrary to the listing, that rooms didn’t have wifi but there was a dedicated room for it “because……
