「The room was clean and comfortable and it was quiet. No street noise or noise from other rooms. The rooms do open up to the outside rather than to an indoor hall. The continental breakfast was adequate. There is a McDonald’s and a convenience store within walking distance. Overall, a good value for the price.」

「Everything smell bad, staff gave us a dirty room that was fron another guest and had to change it. Dirty towels. Every single day of my stay the Lobby had a different smell and not good one either. Every room says "No Smoking" but everything smell like tobacco and maryjane. But over all the coffee was good.」

「This is a brand new property and overall it was very nice but when we got to our room to check it out before bringing our luggage in, housekeeping had left a soiled towel in the bed under the mattress cover. The mattress cover was soiled and when I touched it I felt a lump. When I pulled back the mattress cover it I found the soiled towel. They moved us to another room with no more issues. Overall it was a nice stay with nice breakfast options」

「Denny was a wonderful host! I stayed on the third floor in the Derby Room. It was perfectly charming! Everthing I needed for a solo one night getaway. Perfectly located to enjoy a leisurely walk around downtdown Maysville. Fantastic eateries and pubs just footsteps away from the front door. Denny was very knowledgeable about the local fare and offered many suggestions.The next time I need to take a step back in time and enjoy the company of the lovely people of Maysville, I will definitely book...
