「Very good」

「因为第二天上午要带儿子面试学校，下午又要赶机场，所以在入住时提出能否延迟退房，这样可以赶回来换上旅行的装备，前台接待很痛快地说到12点。房间很大，也很舒服，酒店所处位置很好，周边有加油站、超市、餐饮，但房间都非常安静，对于自驾而言，是非常不错的选择。」

「Very cute and updated waterside themed rooms. The building and facilities were immaculate. They have tried to make note of everything and it runs very efficiently even when arriving during hours when not staffed. I really liked this hotel.」

「There were multiple stains in the room’s floor, mold in the corner of the bathtub, no soap or tissues in the bathroom (I was able to ask for soap and they gave me 2 bars) and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. While it didn’t smell like someone had directly smoked in the room, I could smell it in the room. I asked if the room beside mine (I was in 111) was a smoking room and was told yes. Must be coming in through the vents. Had to ask for WiFi and was given a code, and checkout was...

「I can’t say enough good things about The Inn At Warner Hall. The staff, the rooms, the food, the scenery - we spent 3 nights for a getaway and didn’t want to leave. We’re already trying to find the next time we can go for a night!」

「Would not recommend, I booked a week in advance. Went to go check in, there was a sign on the door saying “not available till after 4”. We were heading back to get checked in and got an email stating we were cancelled. 」

「Had to turn the water off while showering because it wouldn’t drain and would overflow the pan. Hotel appeared to be under renovations? Outlets didn’t work in the room. Staff tried to be helpful, but I got the feeling management was just trying to do cheap repairs and nothing really worked. Housekeeping was sub par. People serving breakfast were kind.」

「Parking and check in was easy. The front desk was friendly and prompt. The room was impeccably clean. All of the linens were white. Everything seemed to be wiped down smelled fresh and the air conditioning was great. I’m actually shocked that I paid the price I did. I would’ve thought that a room like that would’ve went for more. I definitely will come back if I’m in the area!」

「Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!」

「for the price, room was average, service was average. Charged for resort fee (twice) only stayed one night, late fall everything is really not active in the resort so why the fee, restaurant charged $30 for a glass of Chardonnay when there were other options that were never offered by the bartender.」
