"1. Le scale dâingresso erano sporche, piene di polvere e di sporcizia di lavorazioni;
2. â nellâappartamento quando siamo arrivati non câera la carta igienica e neanche una bottiglia dâacqua da bere;
3. â nel bagno câera un cesto con degli asciugamani sporchi;
4. â e sopratutto, nella camera da letto hanno lasciato la finestra aperta, che non si chiudeva perchĂ© rotta. Pertanto abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta."
