「This property is very convenient to the airport. That being said if you are sensitive to sounds you might want to have a sound machine app at night. We used one and didn’t hear any flights.
We loved the mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The owner was incredibly responsive. I couldn’t get the coffee pot to work properly and there was a new coffee pot outside the door when we got back. The bed was comfortable. We so appreciated having access to a washer and dryer.」

「This was the perfect location for visiting Fairbanks attractions. Exactly what we needed for our pre cruise tour stay. The hosts were very communicative. And apparently she has connections with Mother Nature—she even arranged for it to start snowing just as we arrived! 🤣❄️ Now THAT’S an Alaskan welcome! 「This is exceptionally basic. “Full” kitchen but oven rack removed so you can’t use it and only paper/plastic plates and utensils provided. Bathroom isn’t great with a child height sink and small shower with bottom third of grout covered in mold stains and a floor that appeared so stained I couldn’t tell if it was dirt or age stains. Overall the condition made me question the cleanliness. Bed mattress was comfortable enough and a very basic futon was the “living room” area. It did the job but...
