Acomodação simples e aconchegante, mas precisa de umas melhoras. Por vezes o chuveiro parece não ter força o suficiente para e simplesmente a água some, falta uma tomada próximo a cama e acho que um espelho grande seria um investimento excelente, pois o único espelho no quarto é do banheiro. Tive um pequeno desentendimento sobre a minha reserva mas que foi solucionada rapidamente, no mais o café é ótimo, recepção com pessoas atenciosas e simpáticas.

Li os comentários e "paguei pra ver" o abandono...

Li as reclamacoes e não acreditei. Paguei pra ver de perto... O preço cobrado é baixo mas o valor é muito caro. Infelizmente as fotos não mostram a realidade e enganam bastante. O hotel está na UTI, largado pelos donos. Funcionários parecem fazer mais do que são pagos para fazerem, mas ainda assim tem sinais de remendo mal feito pra todo lado. Estacionamento é desorganizado e preocupa durante a noite. Café da manhã tem o mínimo de itens mas não tem a variedade mostrada nas fotos. Quartos não são silenciosos e as roupas de camas tem muitos sinais de uso, oque deixa na dúvida se o problema é manchas ou sinais de uso por outra pessoa. Se pesquisar um pouco, encontrará melhores opções pelo mesmo preco na região. Para ir a pé para o Paraguai é perto, mas a estadia ruim te arranca qualquer animo. Se servisse, deixaria a sugestão de cobrar um preço maior para adequar a realidade às fotos divulgadas, trazendo assim a sensação de estar pagando algo com valor justo.

Ótimo custo benefício em foz

Ambiente com excelwnte custo benefício, com um bom café da manha, funcionários educados e grande espaco comum. Porém alguns itens devem ser corrigidos como sua manutenção e limpeza. Ja havia lixo de hospedes anteriores em nosso quarto, e o mesmo permaneceu durante toda estadia. A torneira do quarto estava com vazamentos, alagando o banheiro quando utilizada.

nao se enganem pelas fotos,descpecionante😥

Ficamos 4 noites no Fenice,foi realmente decepcionante,pois as fotos do site são lindas mais chegando lá totalmente,uma estrutura muito grande mais muito mal cuidado,paredes mofadas,ar condicionado não funcionava direito,piscina suja,elevador dava medo de andar pois,minha sogra ficou em um quanto que não tinha porta do banheiro😳 Não trocamos de hotel pois não tinha vaga pois ser alta temporada, Reclamamos e trocaram de quarto três vezes,mas mesmo assim não mudava muito,sei que a classificação é econômica mais não dou uma! O café da manhã é razoável,a localização pra quem vai só pro Paraguai e boa ,mais muito longe de restaurantes,até tem uma lanchonete na frente do hotel,por sinal muito boa um senhor bem simpático. Enfim não minha experiência não foi boa!
