Great place!

Great place to stay when visiting the Falls. It is within walking distance to lots of good restaurants. The rooms were clean and good-size. We enjoyed our stay - thank you!

The hotel maintenance is not very good. The shower stall is stuck, the window is stuck, the floor is not very clean, the reception is not very friendly, the elevators are inefficient. There is a lot of room for improvement. The bed, pillows and shower are good. The hotel is in a good location

I loved my stay at Viale. The staff at the front desk were very professional, polite and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The air conditioning worked well too. They have great breakfast buffet as well, which features Brazilian items like Pão de queijo. I also enjoyed the view from the rooftop. It was great both day and night. The only thing I was not comfortable with was that there was no AC in the hallway, and it got very warm. There are only 2 small elevators so when it is busy, you have to wit for one in such warm temperature. Overall I had an excellent experience here, and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were extremely courteous. The infinity pool on the rooftop is nice. You can see Argentina across the river and the city on the other side. The hotel arranged for a cab to see the falls in the Argentinian side which was convenient. The surrounding are walkable with plenty of cafe, bars and restaurants.

The worst part is the light at the hallway Everytime I stepped out the elevator or the room, it was remain dark at least 30 seconds. The sensor is response too slow

The bed came with only a single bedsheet, no comforter. You have to make your own bed after retrieving the extra pillow and comforter from the closet.. The bathroom did not provide shower gel and there was no toilet paper. It was a dispenser like in a public bathroom. Rooftop bar manager rude and unfriendly. Breakfast was good. I do not recommend and will not be staying there again.

Towels are thread bare and grey. The room has musky smell and the bed creaks. A bit overpriced for the type of hotel class. The lack of complimentary water was a con since we have been traveling through South America and some cheaper priced hotels still provided them.
