"The property is closed to Downtown 2.9 miles and cost $20 from Airport. There is not much to do here. There were few rest, but I did not find good restaurants around except Subway. Malls have no shops. One grocery shop, independent few blocks away. Had a bad experience at Mark's restaurant- old or can food and chicken dish did not seems fresh. One Indian restaurant Bluexxx was OK. Hotel NOVA was looking better. Room was cleaned with utensils but standard room we have seems old but OK. Oh yeah Free laundry helped. Window Air conditioner was provided but not needed due to cold weather, Room had Microwave and refrigerator. Seems business friendly but no breakfast but was able to get healthy items form Independent/grocery store."

"Sophia keeps the place so neat and clean and always has snacks out for everyone to share in the dining area. Tea and coffee are also available 24/7 and the requisite hot water needed for these beverages was always plentiful and ready to pour. There's even a separate fridge for guests to store their food. Any concerns from guests were always addressed right away. Walking distance to everything downtown made everything easy. She helped us (and others) book aurora hunting tours and provided lots of information about the neighbourhood (post office, Farmer's market, etc.). We would have appreciated a mirror in our room and a sink that didn't splash out quite so much (motion sensored and powerful!). Thank you for a lovely and memorable stay!"

"What an incredible stay! The home on Niven Lake was amazing, modern and cozy! We had everything we needed for 7 people to relax, cook together and have fun. The host responded immediately and with kindness when we had questions or needed guidance with something. She also texted a recommendation for us to attend a wonderful event in town. The house is walking distance into town, and we always took advantage of the trail along the lake to get us most of the way there. Warm, clean and spacious--we're already looking forward to another stay!"
