「Charming hosts. A small separate room ( + bathroom) it was all clean
A very quiet place which suited us.
Breakfast ( extra) was simple bread and croissants. Anything g else was extra. No restaurant I. The village. We drove 15 mins to nearby town twice for evening meals.
A non luxury basic stay which is reflected in the price. It suited us at this time.」

「Checked in at 2am after a grueling day to find our room stinking of cigarettes with a single towel left between 2 rooms with 6 travelers. Staff was able to get us more, but couldn’t offer a clean room. Cigarette burns in the bed sheets. One room didn’t have a garbage can and the shower curtain wasn’t big enough to cover the shower, which is a problem because the shower is just a small depression in the floor right next to the toilet.
