The view from the property is absolutely beautiful—especially at sunrise—and the overall ambiance is very serene.We traveled with two young children, and while we enjoyed our stay, I would recommend this property more for families with older kids due to the layout and hilltop location. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but the area……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Bay. Gorgeous views and spectacular sunsets, close to everything. The house is very clean and comfortable and the property manager, Jean, was super responsive and helpful. The house had everything we needed, including kayaks. My husband had to work the week we were there (unfortunately) but WiFi was awesome and he enjoyed the view from his "office" away from home. We will be back! ”

“We loved our week stay in Frankfort. This house and its location can NOT be beat! Steps from the beach and downtown. Toys in the garage for lots of family fun. A Solo Stove for nightly bonfires while watching the sunset and roasting marshmallows.The inside has space for everyone to stretch out, cook, play games or just find a quiet spot to read a book. The record player was a fun throwback that we all really enjoyed.Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for any meals you want……

“Sandhill Cottage was brand new and well appointed. It was in a quiet corner surrounded by trees for privacy. It was a great jumping off point for us to explore the "little finger" of Michigan. We had room for our motorcycle trailer and loved the front porch. The only suggestion we have would be to include a grill.”

“This stay was amazing. We loved everything about the house. It was the perfect location for my family to explore the Leelenau peninsula. The kitchen was well stocked and the home had so many small details that were really well thought out. We loved sitting on the patio in the evening and my kids really loved the games and the axe/star throwing. It was such a hit. We also explored the creek in search of frogs and crawfish. Ben and Aviva communicated perfectly and had everything covered! We can't……
