「Perfectly positioned downtown next to great businesses to visit!」

「Super family friendly! We had a blast visiting! Historic downtown Franklin was a little sweet getaway!」

「The unit was perfect for a stay for two. All needs were addressed in the design and preparation of the unit. Also, the unit was centrally located, within walking distance of everything. Loved it!」

「Very cute place! Host was easy to connect with if anything was needed. We had a little trouble figuring out the stove, but otherwise it was a smooth stay!」

「Beautiful space and building. Love the location. Great location for the bike trails. Loved the Tavern too. Would stay there again.」

「This place was great. We were able to host Thanksgiving (kitchen big enough to cook full meal) for 10 people. Great entertaining area and the host was incredible (responded to everything we needed). Have already booked again.」

「It’s quite and safe. Next to the gas station and express food. I like the hotel. Thanks the girls 」

「We were pleasantly surprised after booking this room last minute to find such a lovely property. It is convenient to the Allegheny River Trail and has a winery, pizza shop and restaurant right by on property. Loved the beautiful view of the river, comfy beds and the Keurig coffee in room as well as a continental breakfast included.」

「Outstanding customer service The most comfortable beds!!!」

「It was good」

The owner went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Her communication is excellent. She went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way possible. 「Very nice facility with a friendly staff, clean and nicely decorated rooms! Great breakfast offered with a nice selection of food! Highly recommend!」
