“The property was adorable with the sweetest little details that made it so homey. We had an issue with needing new batteries for the remote and right when we texted the host, they dropped new batteries in the mailbox 20 minutes later. They were so responsive and made the property so awesome to stay in!”

“Very clean, well stocked cabin. There were complimentary snacks and coffee provided. Plenty of towels, linens, pillows, dishes, everything we needed. No stovetop, but the grill on the porch had a side burner that we used for cooking. Any issue or question that we had was promptly responded to by the host. We visited Giant City state park and went ziplining while in the area. Thanks for a nice spring break visit!”

We had an outstanding stay at Black Dog Cabin Rentals near Rend Lake! Everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. Don and Ginger are absolutely wonderful hosts who genuinely care about making sure their guests have an incredible experience. The cabins are meticulously decorated and more than inviting!
The property is a true hidden gem—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The on-site country store is a fantastic……
