“The property was in a great location allowing access to 470 and everything else. It was nice to be able to just walk to downtown Littleton without having to fight for parking. Cindy was great communicating during the whole process and kept us updated when there was an issue before we got to the property. We will definitely see about using the property again next time we are in the area.”

We’re from Florida so had to ask to have the heat turned up and Bonnie immediately turned it up, even though we got in quite late. No stove/oven, just a hot plate but that worked well for the limited cooking we did.”

“This property is a gem. It is a very nicely appointed apartment that was built upstairs in a monitor barn. The clean country appeal does not dissappoint. The kitchen is huge, the bedroom spacious and there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. Outside there are trails that lead you around the property. If you have a dog and he's good off leash, this property is heaven on earth. So much open space for your dog to run, play and explore. If that were not enough, the hosts go over the……

“Great place. Super clean and has everything that you'll need. I'm giving it a 5/5, however there a few small things. One is the bed. The bed is super low to the ground. Like almost on the floor low. Took a couple tries to get out a few nights. Also, like it says, this is on the top floor. There is no elevator. Super tiny thing, it would had been nice if there was a shower caddy or something in the shower. There's really no convenient place to put your soap and shampoo. Other than those tiny……

“This was our first VRBO rental, and it was delightful from start to finish. The rate was reasonable, our hosts were friendly and personable, taking care of our concerns quickly, and the setting was beautiful with the deer and the views. The apartment was well apportioned, with comfortable beds, lots of space and a kitchen where we were able to prepare meals. We would definitely want to rent at this property again.
