“We really enjoyed our stay at Bungalow Seven. What a darling little cabin. Fortunate to have a wonderful week of weather to enjoy coffee on the dock, kayaking, sitting by the water, sunsets and bonfires. Molly and Patrick were very gracious hosts! So attentive to your needs and there to help with whatever concerns you may have. Would definitely come again. Thanks so much for everything!”

“Awesome remote property in the middle of a pine forest. We wanted privacy and this place offered it. Our dogs loved to run and the wrap around front porch offered peace in any weather. We especially loved that games, chairs (2), grills (both Blackstone and pellet) wood for fires were provided. Inside was really nice and clean and our whole family could sit and sleep comfortably. Beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The host was super nice and responds almost instantly……

“This place had so many awesome surprises. The waterfall shower and steam was absolutely amazing. The fireplace helped make it warm and cozy. The speaker quality helped emit our chill tunes. The porch was great to sit in and watch the colors of the sky change at sunrise and sunset. The little guest house was an extra bonus! Everything about this place was great. My husband, cat, and i will defintiely be staying here again!!!”

“The cabin was superb, nicely decorated and laid out very well. Owners were responsive to a few questions we had and did their best to ensure we enjoyed our stay. They even made sure to return some pillows we left behind! The channel access was a different experience for us, but it did protect our boat from any bad weather and kept the wind down in the cabin area. Fishing wasn’t great, but that’s likely due to our inexperience and us being at a new lake. Overall a great stay and we highly……

“Close to everything. The house was very cozy and clean. Big windows looking out to the large deck and lake. The kitchen had everything, but the ice maker did not work so you might want to get some ice before you arrive. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay. Thank you so much”

“This is the second time we have rented this place for our 81 year old mother to stay for 2 weeks. She absolutely loves staying here! The hosts are amazing and so easy to communicate with. The home is spotless, up to date and has everything you need. The lake is so beautiful! I would HIGHLY recommend this rental!!”

“Loved the area. Lake Melissa is a hidden gem. We lucked out and stayed just as the autumn colors in the trees were at their peak! The view of the lake was incredible out of the many windows. We watched the birds take their route past us every morning. There was a paddle boat and stand-up paddle boards available if we wanted them. The house was fine. Everything we needed was there, but it could use some minor maintenance. There is a window in the shower without any covering on it. That shower……

“We had a wonderful time at this very comfortable lakeside home. My daughter was very happy with the blackout blinds in the bedrooms for baby daytime naps. Kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed the kayaks and this time of year (end of September) the beautiful views of the lake as the leaves were changing.”

“My spouse and I had a great stay here. Very clean, quiet, and calm. Great fishing off the dock on this private lake. There is also a two person kayak to use. The owner supplied wood, fire starters, lighters, even s’mores supplies! There is a stereo in this camper with speakers outside as well so you can sit by the fire with music playing. The neighbors cat gave us a visit, he/she is very friendly and cute. I would definitely recommend staying here.”
