Beautiful Romantic Cabin!

The layout is perfect for a romantic weekend. The decorations are simple and tasteful. The bathroom is laid out perfectly with great lighting. It is a little further away from Fredericksburg than I realized, but it actually ended up being a beautiful drive from the tasting rooms and downtown.

Enjoyed the stay!

Nice stay, but a little weed maintnence along the path to The Barn would have been nice, lots of small burrs in that path. Might lok at the outside door handle into the cabin, very loose and wobbly. Love The Barn or The Cabin, stayed in both a few times! Our go to place close to Fredericksburg!

Great Place To Stay

Our stay was on weekdays and we loved it. It was very private and quiet. We loved the long porch. It was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed at. Also we walked up the road the State Park to the bat tunnel to watch the bats fly out at dusk.

Peaceful hill county anniversary weekend

Wonderful weekend in the TX Hill County celebrating our anniversary. Great location to get anywhere you want to go easily but still out where it's peaceful. Very nice cozy cabin with breakfast fixings which was a nice touch as well.

What can I say?? The place was great! Feels very secluded, but you are fairly close to town, and across the lane, street from the Alamo Springs. Place was clean and very, very comfortable! We will definitely stay there again!!

We enjoyed our stay in the peaceful country cabin of Alamo Springs area. A great get away into a peaceful country setting! It was nice that there was a great restaurant right across the street, and The Old Tunnel State Park near by. I like that they use rain water collected!

Beautiful cabin

This cabin was beautiful and so was the setting, so quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. It was convenient being so close to the Alamo Springs cafe. The only down side iwas the water pressure. It was very low so filling the jacuzzi tub would have taken a long time.
