This rental combo is made up of the Main House and four cottages called The Nest, D’vine, Running Horse, and Carriage House that sleep 24 people! This home is ideal for Large Groups, Weddings, Retreats and Families! This rental sits at the highest elevation point in Gillespie County!

It also boasts a luxurious pool with a built-in jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen with a grilling station, and a grand, outdoor fireplace! After a long day of exploring Fredericksburg’s many wineries, shops, and restaurants, the outdoor space of this luxury home is a fantastic place to spend quality time and create unforgettable memories with loved ones, family, and friends. Additionally, it is perfect for corporate retreats, rehearsal dinners, and weddings, as the views are stunning and outdoor spaces can accommodate large groups.
This gorgeous property is planted and designated as a native Texas wildlife habitat that draws in many birds and pollinators such as butterflies and bees.

-Please be aware that the pool and hot tub are serviced and cleaned on Mondays and Thursdays, so you may encounter the pool cleaning company if you have the home reserved during these times.
Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $83.74 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots.
