"Location is the best, rooms are very tight. Breakfast is good however they were rushing us 15 minutes before close and turning off coffee machines and dishes. The staff was kind and helpful. If you want a convenient location this is a great place to stay! "

"Stayed 2 nights and all good except the fact that on second day after I returned to my rook the door was left open by hotel sfaff. I informed the lady on reception andshe gave me the excuse that they ware fitting a shower curtain and nothing she can do. I went back to my room to discover that there was no curtain fitted in my bathroom as there is a shower with fixed glass screen. Lucky i took most of my valuables with me when I left the room in the morning and nothing was lost."

"Decent hotel overall. Pros: About a 25-minute walk to the city center where all the shops are. The beds and sheets are very comfortable, and the staff—including housekeeping—were extremely friendly. Parking is a bit pricey, but it’s conveniently located right in front of the building and assigned. Breakfast is the same thing every day, but good. Cons: -The bathroom had a noticeable urine odor when we arrived. I believe it may be due to the shower and toilet sharing the same tiled floor and drainage system. The drain didn’t work properly and would flood the entire bathroom floor so maybe people before us urinated while showering and the odor stayed since the drainage is no good. It would not drain unless the cover was completely removed. After cleaning the area myself with soap and the shower head, the initial smell improved. -each night the room developed a strong rotten egg/chemical-like odor. We had to air out the room daily by opening the windows, which was difficult given how cold it was outside. The front desk was unable to tell me what that was, so we ended up sleeping with the smell everyday. -The other issue is that because the shower and toilet share the same floor, anytime you showered everything got wet, so we had to ask for extra towels to mop the floors dry every time we showered. - you can hear the neighbors next to you and above. Every time the upstairs was showering, using the bathroom, or talking, we could hear it. -they don’t provide shampoo or conditioner "

"Friendly staff allowed me to check in early. Room not particularly clean. Window cill (where kettle is) had coffee stains (which wiped off easily with damp toilet roll). A bag of rubbish from previous occupants was left on the bunk bed. Room only serviced every 4 days, so why do they only leave 2 portions of tea/coffee in a 3 person room? No hairdryer in room (a limited number available in reception). No in room safe. Rooms very compact. A ‘wet’ room for bathroom. Small double bed with a single bunk above. Quilt much smaller than double bed and only two pillows to share between both beds. A small desk which a chair hangs from. If it was on the floor you’d struggle to get past it towards the window and open wardrobe. 3 hangers available. No net curtain despite ground floor overlooking car par and bike racks. Had to keep blind closed most of time & lights not particularly bright. Was there for a conference. I believe food was ‘catered’ as they ran out at dinner times with not enough to feed everyone. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly. A reasonable area and around 20 minute walk to centre. Left luggage on last day due to late flight. Luggage store is downstairs and can be accessed by anyone, so not particularly secure. All in all, compact room OK, apart from all the issues mentioned above. "

"The location is superb. This is actually someone's apartment - a lot of "private" spaces, but it feels more like home."

"Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Furniture is not great. Legs of chairs wobble and dining room chairs are very uncomfortable but the beds were fine. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, glasses etc. Bathroom is large but the shower has literally no place to set the soap or shampoo except to balance it on the knobs that turn the shower on and off. apartment is large and bright. It is a bit out of the way from central Copenhagen so if you want to be in the center of action this is not the place but fortunately public transport is excellent and the city of Copenhagen is an absolute delight."

"We were in the middle of a heat wave, butnthe AC was non operational. It was like sleeping in a sauna. We could not cool off at night because the west facing side of the building kept radiating heat all night. Customer service denied thatnthey were aware if this, but finally had to acknowledge that they knew and had done nothing but drop off a couple fans. Overheard others in elevator being toldnthe same lies about their stay. Lighting was a puzzle that we couldnt solve and our bedroom door wouldnt shut.This meant that if anyone got up at night to use the toilet, motion sensors turned in the lights and woke others. The only way to stop this was to turn off the master switch, then use the light in my phone to get around. This apartment need some significant issues resolved before being rented again, and the dishonesty when dealing with the property management is enough to keep me from using Bob W ever again."

"Good communication. Met by key holder on time. Spacious apartment. Really good location. Local underground station 10min walk or walk 20mins into town. Local Netto supermarket.We had a couple of issues that were dealt with immediately.The kitchen is quite basic but we still cooked a couple of meals. It was hard to find an apartment with enough single beds. So this was good for us.Would stay again."
