Great stay! No-frills hotel, but room was spacious with a nice balcony with an ocean view. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and staff was great. There is a breakfast place in the courtyard which was convenient. This hotel is across the street from the water in the heart of Frederiksted. This is not a swimming beach area, but more accessible beaches are nearby. Frederiksted is a cool town that is recovering from the last hurricane so there is a lot of work yet to be done, but we love that the history and culture is still very evident here, not commercialized.

Extremely nasty place and extremely nasty town. A bum lives 50 yd down the sidewalk under an overhang and craps in the corner on the sidewalk of a building and there is riff Raff everywhere and I witnessed multiple broken car windows where they smash them out to steal whatever is inside in behind and beside this motel abandoned trashy buildings. This place is a huge dump and me and my son left 4 days early and they will not refund my money. The air conditioner in our room poured down water on my head in the middle of the night while it was raining outside and soaked my head and my pillows and the next day while we were out and about traveling around and it poured down rain. We came back to the motel and my bed was soaked and the pillows were soaked and the staff did not care. Do not go to any motel in that dump of a town. Especially this place!! I wish I could post the pictures that I have for you all to see.

Air conditioning work great. Our room was super clean. Place is a little old and outdated but kept up well. Has a very nice island atmosphere. The staff was amazing super friendly. Especially the manager roxy. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a courtyard suite, the ocean was visible from the walkway side, and also from inside the room overlooking the courtyard you could see the ocean beyond that. This property uses keyless entry via code and I saw this as a real plus. The parking is not always easy and sometimes you have to park far away from the hotel. There are no elevators and it is a four floor hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The shower had a tankless water heater which is pretty cool.

Everything was great room smelled good ac cold bed very comfortable so before I checked out I took all my trash out of the room make sure both remotes were there and even left them a 20 dollar tip day after I got a call they couldn't find one of the pillows and they charged me 25 dollars for something that I didn't took who I hell steels a used pillow from a hotel
