Within walking distance to the beach and the Holmes Harbor Golf Course. If you want to go to downtown Freeland it's only 5 minutes drive. Perhaps a drive to Langley, just 15 minutes. Oak Harbor is 30 minutes. Coupeville 20 minutes. 15 minutes to Clinton/Mukilteo Ferry.
Wineries just 5-10 minutes away. Distilleries within 5 minutes as well. FUN and unique.

Living Areas:
On the 2nd floor, the open living area features a plush sectional sofa, a 65" Samsung Smart TV and a gas fireplace with brick surround. Open the french doors and this space opens up to the expansive deck with a gas bbq and outdoor seating. Overlook the beautiful sound, and you will think you are in paradise. In the evening, gaze up and count the bright stars.

Downstairs, a family game room offers more entertaining space, complete with a shuffleboard, electronic dart set, and a wet bar with built-in fireplace and speakers. Gather for moviews around the 65" TV with a sound sound system, or break out the games for some good old fashioned family fun! Games for all ages provided. During the summer, enjoy some lawn games as well.

Kitchen/Dining:
Sharpen your culinary skills in the modern kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops, double sink , and all the gadgets you could possibly need. Hi-end appliances include a 5-burner gas range with dual ovens as well as a French-door fridge. Icemaker and water filtration through the fridge as well.

In the morning, sip a piping cup of tea or coffee at the kitchen bar for two, or step out on the deck and enjoy a peaceful start to your day, hopefully catching a glimpse of the many deer who meander through the yard. As people awaken, get ready to serve up a tasty meal at the breakfast nook that overlooks that incredible view.

This spacious two-story home sleeps 10 guests very comfortably in four bedrooms - each appointed with luxury linens.

Quiet privacy in the 2nd floor master suite, featuring a Tempurpedic four poster bed with blackout curtains. You will have the deepest sleep you've ever experienced in this room! This room features a 65" TV, and direct access to the deck. The en-suite master bathroom is configured a large walk-in closet, very large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower with double vanity.

For added convenience, a half bath is on the 2nd floor.

Downstairs, the spacious 2nd bedroom offers a new queen bed and cozy sitting nook with a glider chair.

The 3rd bedroom features a new full size bed and 32 " TV with a sitting chair.

The 4th bedroom a new full size bed and a new queen bed promise restful sleep with lovely views.

Outdoor areas:
Fire up the gas grill, relax on the patio and enjoy the beautiful views of the harbor while dinner sizzles on the barbeque.

As night falls, make your way to the fire pit and roast some marshmallows under the stars.

EXTRAS:
Your rental includes complimentary Wifi, Netflix, Xfinity cable and Amazon Firestick with each TV, a Pack 'n Play, washer/dryer and parking for up to four cars. (two car garage and two in driveway). Amazon Alexa is also there and ready to assist!

Owner is an animal lover, and understands a family vacation sometimes means taking everyone. Dogs are welcome with prior notice and approval.

Walk over to Holmes Harbor Golf Club, or take a short walk to the beach and comb the shore for sand dollars and seashells.
Plenty of fun antique stores and dining in downtown. For something special, visit Gordon's on Blueberry Hill within a 3 minute drive, or visit Holmes Harbor Cellars, which is just down the street.
