“Love staying there every time ”

“The kitchen wasn't as well appointed as it could have been. I brought my own sharp knives and was glad I did. There is no broiler pan, no sheet pan and the 2 left hand burners on the stove don't work. The beach was lovely. The location is good and the unit was nice. Plenty of towels. The laundry tokens cost $2 each, not $1.60 as told.”

“The views from the balcony and from the main bedroom are amazing. It is literally steps to one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. The location is great: just 10 minutes to the grocery store and to lots of nice restaurants. Paige and Charles were very kind and responsive.”

“We had a wonderful stay here at Tyne Beach Terrace. We were on Grand Bahama for Tiger shark diving and diving in general, this condo is located well for access to most activities and services. It’s beachfront on a beautiful private beach. Most days we had the beach entirely to ourselves! Very quiet complex with gated entrance, we felt safe and secure. Condo is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fishing poles for fishing, games for any rainy days/moments, great wifi and……

“Nice location, large spacious unit close to beach. Availability of car to use was a great plus. Jens was helpful and was able to assist me with places to eat and where to pick up groceries. Outside door lock was a problem that needs to be addressed. And normally soap or shower gel are available in rental homes which were not made available here. But other than that I would recommend it for a great Grand Bahama vacation!”

“Quelle belle destination soleil. La plage et les plages des environs sont de toutes beautés. Grandes, propres avec sable fin. L'emplacement du condo est beau, très bien entretenu. Les gens sympathique vraiment tout était parfait. Il n'y a pas grand chose pour se promener à pied autour, une auto est nécessaire, c'est la seule raison que ma note n'est pas parfaite. Notre condo était tout à fait ok, mais situé sur une rue qui est parfois bruyante, un petit désavantage.Mais il a une belle vue tout……

“If you want to be on the beach and pay for it then this is the place for you. Other than the view it does not have much going for it. The furniture is old and dated, there was no where to sit on the balcony except for the wooden splintered picnic table. The locals we met were great and it was a very quiet community. Make sure you bring everything you need with you such as soap, shampoos t.p etc as very little if any are provided. The kitchen is really really small but it did have a good amount……

“The cottage was lovely and perfect for us as we were staying for 8 weeks. Sarah and Ms. Kay were so lovely and welcoming, and both were very helpful if we needed anything. The pool was a great feature, which we used this most days. Their cats and dogs were always very friendly. It was approx 10 minutes bike ride to the beach and Port Lucaya, where there are many shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property, we will miss it!”

“This condo is very well equipped for a long term stay. It has absolutely everything needed from cooking utensils to beach chairs and umbrella. The living room furniture was comfortable and the beds are wonderful. The shower is not very good. The holder for the handheld part is pointed the wrong way and is high up for a short person to reach. It is not mounted on the wall, it is mounted on a shower head. There is no towel bar in the shower room. Only a broken piece of one. Condo was not very……

“This was an amazing condo. Location could not have been better and the patio was perfect for morning coffee and evenings of wine and stories. We have traveled to many locations around the world and this place ranks as one of our favorites. “The property and beach were gorgeous, staff were all very friendly. The room we had was pretty dated but the air conditioning was super cold, that isn’t something we always find on islands. Food wasn’t bad for a buffer, a decent variety. We will definitely be back in the future. ”
