“No pets on this trips. Found some great food and very cute “boutique” home decor shops nearby. House was beautiful. Beds were cloud comfy and we all slept great. Decks on every floor. Roof top deck was perfect for pictures and star gazing. The elevator was a bonus feature for us, as we had our 90 yo mother with us. With a bedroom on the main floor, she had everything she needed all on one floor. Management team was fantastic. Very friendly and kind. Check in was exactly as stated and very easy.……

“We had a great stay! The community the home is located in was so quiet. The place was so clean, you would not know it was pet friendly! Our hosts had everything we needed and then some, from extra dog supplies to books to keep our toddler occupied. And our hosts kept the check in, stay and check out instructions simple. We would definitely book this place again!”

“Unfortunately I have to condense my review to 1500 character and am writing this on behalf of my mother. I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. After a 14hr drive, my mother, wife, and I arrived late with our dog, having informed the host earlier. We were ready to rest, but within five minutes, we were told we couldn’t……

“The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests……

“What an amazing rental property! It is truly set up with the guests in mind. Clear and helpful signage everywhere, a well appointed kitchen, bathrooms and laundry with everything you need, towels, comfy beds and pillows, lots of blankets, an absolutely incredible pool area... the list goes on! Everyone in our family just had the best things to say about this home and our stay. Stacy is a great host, easy to get in touch with and very helpful. We highly recommend this property!”

“I do not recommend this place. We got almost no sleep our entire visit, there aren't real blinds on the bedroom windows - the blinds have gaps and don't block out light. The light from large liquor store sign across the street kept us up all night. The picture I included of the window was taken at 3 am, it's very bright. It's also very poorly insulated and we heard traffic all night.In addition to the noise and light, the unit wasn't well cleaned. We saw stains on one of the pillow covers, found……

“Beautiful upstairs, seperated, private room with a balcony and plenty of privacy. Right next to the beach, many RI staple Resturants such as Flo’s, and a quick bike ride or drive to Bristol and Newport. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here the next time I’m in town”
